It is a B&B, but the sanitary facilities are not as good as those of a hotel, and the front desk is not online 24 hours a day. However, it focuses on cost-effectiveness, and the location is very close to the Vatican, so you can walk there on your legs.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. This is not good for families, not good for elderly groups. My cellphone was stolen from me WHILE CHECKING IN. The cameras at front desk conveniently don’t record. This is more or less a hostel. The property shares a building with a short term apartment hotel stay, same door, same stairs, elevator. Makes everything super chaotic. This place is not a good accommodation unless you are a person who do not have anything valuable and just need a place to spend the night. We felt extremely unsafe in this building and ended up checking out early. The surroundings was sus, everyone was sketch. No bueno.

Room was very big, bathroom very comfortable (my room was No. 8). Bed and pillows could use an upgrade. AC works very well.
Property is on a high floor with access lift. Makes it quiet to sleep at night.
WiFi works well
The place has a common area to work/drink tea etc.
My room was away from this area and hence a bit more quiet, I suspect rooms at the entrance could have some noise

Nice room! Only complaint is that the room was somewhat hot and stuffy, even with AC running. But overall stay was great.

Magnifique hôtel, manageur et staff hyper sympathique. Chambre très propre hôtel très beau 😍 à proximité du métro + du Vatican et tt est accessible à pied à 20-30 minutes de marches. Je reviendrais avec plaisir d’autant plus on vous offre le petit déjeuner (café chocolat croissant 🥐) Très très belle accueil! Merci encore !!

An extraordinary place with all the comforts for a three to four day stay. The service is super attentive. A hotel very close to Sant Angelo and the Vatican (between 10 and 15 minutes walking). The rooms are clean, the bed and pillows are clean. The towel service is clean every day. A very decent hotel with nice and updated decoration.
