It became much worse comparing with previous year, bad quality of food, not delicious and poor service from the reception, i have asked for a late check out at 15:00, but they gave only 2 hours instead. Also poor house keeping, they cleaned a room only twice within 4 nights. Unfortunately. But i will not come back there.

O sistema de condicionamento de ar do apartamento estava com problema. Na primeira noite ficou com uma temperatura muito alta, mesmo tentando fazer os ajustes. No último dia (9/3/2025), tivemos que aguardar em pé na porta do restaurante por cerca de 20 minutos para conseguir um lugar para o café da manhã. Nunca tive este problema em nenhum hotel em que me hospedei. Jamais poderia esperar está situação no hotel mais caro desta viagem. Considero uma falha inadmissível em um hotel que se diz de 5 estrelas

Final decepcionante
Hotel muito bem localizado no centro histórico de Roma. As instalações físicas do hotel deixam a desejar para a classificação de 5 estrelas. As áreas comuns são pequenas e apertadas.
A área do restaurante é subdimensionada para o número de hóspedes. No último dia esperamos 20 minutos em pé na porta do restaurante para consegui um lugar para o café da manhã.
Todos os funcionários são muito prestativos e atenciosos. O pessoal do restaurante estava muito incomodado com a falta de lugares para o café. Muitos hóspedes estavam na mesma situação. Alguns aceitaram aguardar no Lobby por um lugar.
Como a última experiência é a que fica mais marcada, esta situação me incomodou ao ponto de Superar os pontos positivos. Daí a razão para a minha avaliação

très bonne situation, proche de tous les monuments les plus emblémartiques de cette ville. La chambre double est confortable, la literie est parfaite . La salle de bain est propre, les produits sont de bonne qualité. Nous avons mangé le 1° soir au restaurant, le tartare est délicieux. Coktail sur la terrasse et petit déjeuner.... pas de fausse note;
