1: It's like a hotel and an apartment, hard to find

Walkable distance to the train station, supermarket available nearby. Do note no bottled water was given and no kettle was available. Otherwise, the room is spacious for 2 with 2 double beds

I liked the hotel, the room is not big, but it is good for an overnight stay, it is quiet, the staff at the reception is nice, there is a nice restaurant on the roof, at first it was not easy to find, the hotel is hidden in the streets of Rome :)

The location is a bit far from Peremini Station, but it was really quiet and had a nice cozy neighborhood atmosphere. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the Colosseum and about 50 minutes to walk to the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, so I recommend taking the 5-minute bus! Fortunately, the bus stop is right in front, so it seems like it will be easy to get around! There are many good restaurants nearby, and the room was clean and nice! Above all, it was safe, so I was able to walk around until late.ㅎㅎ I want to recommend this accommodation to people around me who have been to Rome!

The stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The property is very close to the subway and bus stops.
The only negative note is the cost of breakfast, a bit high (12 euros for the full one and high prices a la carte). Also the temperature in the room was very cold, adjustable up to 21 or 23 degrees.
Overall, however, the cleanliness is impeccable and the rooms very nice.
