The apartment was lovely, spacious and exactly what as advertised.
The communication with their management staff was excellent, regular WhatsApp messages to check if we were ok and rectify any issues.
The coffee machine didn’t work and they replaced it immediately which was really helpful.
Will be staying with BeMate again!

DO NOT stay at this place. Yes, its modern and clean but lacks the most basic thing - enough hot water. We were a couple and only one of us was able to take a shower. After that the hot water ran out. When we called the help line, we were told to wait until the boiler can make enough hot water for the 2nd person to shower!!! Unheard of. We waited for 50 min. Absurd!!! The owner should invest in a properly sized water heater instead of fancy floors.

Nice, roomy apartment to stay
I am very happy with our stay. Location is close to all main attractions of Rome but far enough from crazy crowds roaming Rome nowadays. Please is clean, roomy and well equipped. Customer service is attentive. I definetely stay again.

The apartment was spacious and very well appointed, decorated tastefully. The staff was attentive, helpful, flexible and responsive. I would definitely stay here again the next time i come to Rome. Gracie Mille!
