If you advertise a free breakfast you should have1
No breakfast as advertised… no milk, cereal, or even juice or coffee… huddle house made the morning not horrible, but it shouldn’t be advertised if you aren’t going to at least offer cereal or drinks even… vending machine was not working either which made for tough drink situations with no ride

Unsatisfied customer
Well first i didn't get the room that i reserved in advance of my arrival and i was called the day before and told this so i had no other options available except to take what was available which the beds was to small for me and my partner to sleep together, the electrical outlets were lose in the outlets, posing a fire hazard so i was very dissatisfied with the room

Felt clean and safe
Older building but upkeep & cleanliness were very good. No elevator, there are half flights of stairs down to 1st floor of rooms and up to 2nd floor of rooms. I am told this was a bad neighborhood but we found no issues. Lobby closed due to pandemic therefore directed by signage to use "night window" to check in/out. "Night window" was around the corner from lobby door and was like an add-on single person ATM vestibule with only one door with siding on the interior and a small access window to talk with the staff. Both times I used the "night window" I had quite a long wait for staff to arrive after pushing the ring bell. No breakfast provided as lobby area and possible breakfast area were closed.
