DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Disgusting hotel Check in took over half an hour for myself and one person in front of me. The rude woman behind the desk tried to demand another credit card on file along with an extra $50 for “incidentals” that was not listed anywhere. When checking out out the room it was hidden in a dimly lit back corner that felt like a broom closet, had no windows, and reeked of cigarette smoke (despite being a no smoking room) and mold bad enough that my girlfriend with asthma couldn’t stay in it. The floors and stairs that were originally a tan color were black from never being washed, the shower/bath area ceiling had mold all around, and the bed sheets that were supposed to be white were turning a beige tan from sweat and body fluids. We checked out within 10 minutes of checking in due to how nasty the hotel was. When checking out we told the woman behind the desk whom I assume was the owner of that particular hotel (this one was a franchise place) did not even try to deny any of what I said about the room when I checked out. It was clear she knew about it and was simply hoping we wouldn’t say anything. I would never even consider staying there. Absolutely disgusting.

Could be better. When first entering the room, it wasn’t the cleanest. The floor looked like it has not been mopped, the room had some residual cigarette smell that left my clothes smelly after checking out. They only came by the room once during my 3 night stay to clean it and provide fresh linens. Checking was an inconvenience, had to wait an additional 5ish mins while the front desk went to the room prior to checking out and then it was another process per the front desk to get a receipt. Def could have been better a better experience overall.
