Great Hotel, Great Staff
We wanted to relax a couple of days after a really hard beginning of 2025. We were able to relax and enjoy our time. If you are staying in Rolla, then this is the place to stay!!!

Unfortunately the property is quite dated and our room smelled like mildew. We checked out two days early and went elsewhere. The staff were nice.

Breakfast had many options. The bathrooms had, soap, cream rinse and body wash. Rooms were clean and quiet. The staff wss warm and friendly. They were able to answer all of our questions. We couldnt have had a better experience!!

We stayed here for an Alumni Golden Anniversary celebration at Missouri S & T, and the hotel was perfect. A light breakfast was going to be provided at S & T but the breakfast at Hampton Inn looked so good, we opted to get up early and eat at the hotel, and we are glad we did. It offered two kinds of waffle batter - banana and vanilla mocha with a variety of toppings (everything from strawberries, hot chocolate or caramel sauce, whipped cream, almonds, etc). Hot entrees such as omelets, sausage, bacon, country potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, fresh fruit...plenty of choices for a hungry traveler were provided. Our room was clean and comfortable. We did request a wake-up call, and the person on the phone verified the time, but alas - no wake up call ever came. Fortunately we woke up on our own to get to the university for the tours and events and didn't miss anything. All things considered, we would definitely stay here again.

I spent less than 10 minutes and immediately checked out. The room I booked as a “double room” was so small I could touch the window while sitting on the bed. I went to the bathroom immediately and there as blood still on the toilet seat. I called down to the reception desk and they were quite rude. I checked out and will not return!

Elevator didn’t work. Had to take their steps anytime we want to go down to the lobby or leave. Also had to carry our luggage down steps when we left. Property is in generally poor condition. Bed mattress was old and the middle was lower than the sides as a result of use.

This place is great only hot tub within 60 miles so of course we had to stop great free breakfast in the morning. They actually had availability of a veggie omelette sausage things that not most places have the were very comfortable. Couldn’t any nicer spent but definitely would stop again.
