Hostal Campos Verdes- Roldanillo Valle. Muy engañosas las fotografías. Está aún en construcción, hay escombros apilados, ropa colgadas por ahí como si fuese una pensión, constructores haciendo obras, ofrecen jacussi y aún está en construcción, la atención es de regular a mala, aparte de todo en la mañana cuando nos disponíamos a ducharnos ohh sorpresa no había agua.... las cabañas no tienen aire acondicionado y se calientan mucho, te cambian las condiciones de un momento para otro, nosotros reservamos una habitación con aire acondicionado y a última hora nos cambiaron las condiciones y no hacen devoluciones. Los costos son excesivamente altos con respecto a la infraestructura de la que disponen. Una experiencia para no repetir no tiene ningún tipo de presentación el servicio.

This place is gorgeous with a beautifully designed lay out. bamboo cabanas surrounded by Banana, cacao, hibiscus and tropical plants everywhere with a breathtaking view of the mountains in the distance- where we are able to go paragliding!! - the pool is refreshing and clean. Everything is made of bamboo and there are quaint relaxing lounge areas set up all over the property. Everyone is so friendly. We got to meet the cats, dogs, and new puppies! The room is very basic but suited our needs just fine. Breakfast was very generous and delicious. Restaurant and bar is open for dinner Thursday through Sunday. We walked to town everyday and it took just 15 minutes to the center square. Honestly don’t know how someone rated this a bad experience. It truly is a piece of paradise. There are horses on the property as well. The hot tub wasn’t open but probably because it is summertime. I hope you stay here and get to enjoy it as much as we did. It is SO relaxing!!!

It is a nice cheap hotel, not the cleanest, but that's not the real problem. As soon as we arrived a dog attacked our kid from behind and scratched him on the back. They said she was just playful, so we relaxed. Two days later that same dog bit our kid in the leg. Fortunately it was not a deep bite, but enough to cut the skin and make him bleed. They said the dog was vaccinated, but didn't provide a proof of vaccination and downplayed the whole thing. Because of this we left a few days earlier. They didn't give us a refund for the days we didn't use and didn't offer any kind of compensation. I strongly discourage families with kids from staying in this hotel.
