The front desk service was lukewarm and mechanical when I checked in. They didn't say a word. I asked for toothbrush and slippers, but they said they didn't have them and they had run out of slippers. They asked me to go to their sister hotel next door to see if they had any left. . . . It was totally different from the front desk service when I checked in at the Courtyard by Marriott Arcueil.
