Hotel was located at a nice place. Room: it was good however fan regulator was not working. You cannot decrease the fan speed. Food: options are less and they were taking too much time to serve the food. Breakfast: no choice available others: there were no ac or fan in the reception area. It was really hot. Thank you

Room landline is not working and ac remote is in damage from back side. Small tawal was not available for face wipe. Delay in breakfast as on decided time.

Situated at very convenient location near to railway station, room was clean that is good. If i talk about some area of opportunities so there are some challenges with providing ro water in room. They promote for mineral water. Some staffs are bias to do specific task. If someone taking their breakfast in table and ask for any thing staff reply "buffe lag a hai. So these are some area of opportunities in behavior alao

Brake-fast not arrange at restaurants till 8:30am, i was a train to gaya at 8:40, and i have not able to take brakefast, due to hotel careless
