The hotel itself did not strike me as exceptional. The room I was in, although with a view to the golf course, looks a bit dated, and the air extractor in the bathroom was too noisy. The staff, however, was very welcoming. They speak both English and French quite fluently. The best feature is the restaurant, the food is just excellent (tried some restaurants in Bujumbura and none really compares).

Pleasant hotel, which had its heyday, and has not necessarily aged well. The room remains very simple, relatively clean, the bed equipped with a mosquito net. The meals are average, with a basic menu. The breakfast buffet is okay, nothing more. CB payments depend on the goodwill of connections with banks...and for greater security, choose to carry cash with you.

Very nice hotel on the edge of the golf course. Very calm. The rooms are very comfortable. The breakfasts are very complete and the restaurant's cuisine is delicious! The staff is discreet but friendly. The airport shuttle is a little expensive ($25 USD per person) but given the fuel shortages, we were very happy to have this service offered.

I stayed there for 8 nights, in the context of a business trip. I really appreciated the professionalism of the staff. Locationwise, it is perfectm with quick access to the city center (taxi) The rooms are large and well equiped to work - although the WIFI signal is somehow weak but enough for my work. The restaurant offers multiple options and serve fast in a relaxing environment.

The service was fast, employees are dedicated to customers and they listen to their needs while trying to respond the best they can. I enjoyed the cleanness of the place as well as the tasteful food. Overall the hotel provides a highly efficient, professionnel and recommendable service.

I stayed there for ten days for a conference. The rooms are comfortable, the staff helpful and the meals delicious. I highly recommend. Only small problem, the mosquitoes....
