Sono andata trascorrere un fine settimana con mio marito e con dei nostri amici. Quando siamo andati a dormire io e mio marito appena alziamo le lenzuola per coricarci ci accorgiamo che le lenzuola erano sporche, c'erano capelli, macchie di rossetto ed altre macchie. Era tardi per chiamare il proprietario, quindi abbiamo rialzato le coperte abbiamo messo delle nostre asciugamani e ci siamo coricati. La mattina seguente, premetto che il check out era alle 11, e con il proprietario infatti la sera prima eravamo rimasti che saremmo andati via verso le 10:30/11:00, alle 9:50 arriva la signora delle pulizie, nonostante lei ci ha visti in casa ha continuato a stare la e con la porta d'ingresso spalancata. Mi dispiace ma non sono modi, se il check out è alle 11, per le pulizie bisogna andare dopo le 11. Pensavamo di aver trovato una comodità di appoggio per quando saremmo andati a trascorrere qualche weekend a Cosenza, ma mi dispiace non ritorneremo mai più!

Abbiamo pernottato in coppia per due giorni in questo B&b nella matrimoniale, che dire, stanza pulitissima, colazione disponibile, condizionatore, parcheggio incluso, proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile.

Cercavamo un posto senza pretese per una sosta notturna dal viaggio, ma questo B&b è davvero brutto e al di sotto dei livelli minimi accettabili. Le stanze si trovano in un vecchissimo appartamento all’interno di un condominio difficile da individuare, perché segnato con indirizzi diversi su google e ambiguo anche dalla posizione inviata dal proprietario. I materassi sono molto scomodi, il letto aggiuntivo è una brandina risalente ad epoche molto lontane; il bagno ha una doccia angusta che abbiamo trovato sporca e con capelli attaccati alla rubinetteria. La biancheria da bagno consiste di asciugamani colorati, tutti diversi tra loro, vecchi e sfilacciati; il telo bagno era idoneo a coprire una bambini di 3 anni, ma non certo un adulto. Non c’è frigo, ne’ alcuna possibilità di reperire una bottiglia d’acqua in zona; la televisione prende tre canali in croce. L’unica cosa funzionante e annoverabile all’epoca moderna è il condizionatore. Decisamente da evitare

Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile, stanza spaziosa e pulita. Zona comoda per gli spostamenti e facilmente collegata al centro e a tantissimi punti di ristoro. Ottima la comodità di un balconcino. 10/10 raccomandabile
