Courtyard Bentonville Rogers Promenade

Comfortable, clean space that's well-maintained. Room has PLENTY of USB and plugs. Staff were very accomodating in extending my stay during a busy weekend. The neighborhood is quiet and there's a well-stocked gas station/market at the corner.

Perfect stay. Comfortable beds, spacious room, very quiet and reliable AC, quiet location, spotless room. It was built around 2020 I’m guessing. Great layout of the building, excellent fitness center. The ‘free breakfast’ people could go elsewhere. I was delighted with my stay. Would love to return.

My husband and I were in town for a wedding. This hotel was great for our wedding party. The room was nice size and clean. The sitting areas in the lobby and outside were perfect for our group of friends to hang out. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

We stayed at the hotel to be close to Mercy Hospital. It was a perfect location with easy drive to hospital, even in snow storm! The hotel has a simple but delicious menu for breakfast and dinner with helpful, friendly service! They also have a bar and a small market with drinks and snacks. The room was comfortable and clean.

Great Hotel! Rooms were clean and new, area felt safe and staff was very helpful. It was close to the location I needed to be (Walmart headquarters) which made it even more beneficial. I would stay there again anytime.

I do not understand all the great reviews for this hotel. We are Marriott Titanium members, and stay almost exclusively at Marriott chain hotels. This one does not come close to living up the Marriott standard. The hotel looks cool and hip, but they used the cheapest construction materials possible. The shower is a cheap, modular shower and the one in our room was coming apart, and the soap dish was falling off the wall. Bizarrely, there is no shower door, just a panel that covers half the shower. As a result, the floor gets wet unless you have the shower head pointed directly down. And the lack of a door makes for a cold shower. There was also black mold in the corner of the shower. There was no microwave or ice bucket in the room. There was a coffee maker but you had to go down to the front desk to get supplies for it. There were no cups in the room. We had to go ask for extra towels because the room only had two. I would not stay here again.

We were in Bentonville recently for two nights. We used Marriott points to stay at this hotel. It seems fairly new. Check-in was an easy process. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the shower water pressure was kind of weak. The towels were large and fluffy. We only used the Bistro for morning coffee, but it was convenient. There is a very large outdoor seating area with a firepit. There are several chain restaurants nearby. It was about 15-20 minutes to downtown Bentonville and the Crystal Bridges museum. If we are in Bentonville again, we would stay here.
