I love how spacious each room is with a separate seating area. Hyatt Place always meets my expectations. Front desk was amazing as well. Lobby was warm, but they had fans blowing air so that helped.

A water leak that had apparently taken place long ago had been ignored and overlooked by housekeeping, resulting in black and white power mold on the wall creating a serious health issue.

This is a mediocre hotel - old, like an old Holiday Inn. Should not be a part of the Hyatt brand portfolio. The room air conditioner smelled and was loud. Overall, very underwhelming experience. Would not return to another Hyatt Place hotel.

Please be aware the photos on website are at least 10 years old. The water fountain pictured is now dirt filled, covered in weeds with a dead tree stump coming out of the middle. The service was poor. We stayed for three days and asked if the room would be cleaned. The clerk at front ensured us the room would be cleaned, but of course, it wasn't. Staff offered no apologies. They later provided clean towels. The pool was closed for season. It's June, so I'm not sure when swimming season is in Arkansas. The outdoor umbrellas, tables etcetera were hanging out in the stairway to create an eyesore. There are crumbling broken brick near the pool side exit. The positives should be noted: comfortable bed, good breakfast, convenient to restaurants. The negatives overtook the positives, so we will not return to this hotel.

The front desk female manager on duty is rude, incompetent and charged my card $395 for a stay that was prepaid 8 months in advance. Do not stay at this hotel if you have booked and prepaid in full. Fraudulent charges will be billed to your card.

The hotel is older but the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a good variety. Every staff member we saw was very friendly. Very convenient location as well. Lots of restaurants around and a short drive to Bentonville. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this property a couple years ago and decided we would patronize the establishment again. And that was a mistake. Front desk had failed to read our requests on the reservation. We had plainly stated that we did not want to be on the side of hotel that faces the interstate highway as the noise is disturbing--loud as a 747. So, the front desk clerk gives us a room on the highway, and he obviously couldn't care less about our status with Hyatt, so I bring it to his attention. He then reads the remarks and says, "oh, I guess we missed that. Our only other room available is next to the elevator." That's another room experienced travelers prefer to avoid. So, we end up in a room with a LOUD interstate highway noise and a malfunctioning air condition. And the toilet had problems. How charming! Breakfast was crowded and awful. The kitchen ran out of food about an hour or more before the breakfast period ended. The dining area was small and messy--very unsanitary. Will we stay here again, you ask? Never.

Fiancé and I were only in town for one night for a concert, and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room! I'm used to book just a room and bathroom, but the room I booked (which was just a standard) felt like I was in a suite! It was so spacious, and very nice. The staff was super welcoming and friendly; we had a fantastic time and will def be staying again
