Rooms in the superior part of the hotel are quite small, especially the bathroom with a tiny shower booth. These are not really 4* rooms by today’s standards. This not a major downside as one only spends the night in a hotel room and beds are very comfortable. The hotel itself is very cosy, perfectly located and has all the amenities one could desire. Food is tasty. My wife and I reaaly enjoyed our weekend break in Rogaška Slatina.

Manager of receptionist calls Leah , she behavior to me very badly without helping or serolving the problem. She told me to have better WiFi you must seat in different spot in the room while is my internet not working at all Then to change a room coast 50 euros why? because I pay normal prize and I do not have WiFi . I guess you must treat the customers better is actually your job to do . If you can’t stand Fire Leah then don’t work in the kitchen Thank you

Buffet: Essen zum Teil kalt oder alt. Manche Speisen wurden 3 x im Buffet angeboten. Wenig vegetarische Gerichte und Gemüse. Gemüse immer zerkocht. Zimmer: immer aufpassen, dass man keine schlechtere Kategorie bekommt, als man gebucht hat und dass sie nicht extra Geld verrechnen für Dinge, die inklusive sein sollten Hatten 1000de Ameisen im Zimmer. Reinigungsservice stümperhaft. Wellnessbereich: keine Auflagen auf den Plastikliegen. Zugang zur Saunawelt und zum Außenpool extra zu bezahlen. Personal nicht sehr höflich (mit ein paar wenigen Ausnahmen). Service nicht sehr gut. Zum Teil 20 Min. Warten auf Getränkebestellung beim Abendessen.

Wenn sie einen erholsamen Urlaub wollen buchen sie ein anderes Hotel alt unfreundlich kaltes essen, essen dreimal das gleiche, keine 4 Sterne wert die Hütte 1,5-2* OK mehr aber nicht!! Ameisen im Zimmer, Lux gebucht aber nicht Lux bekommen zwischen Lux und Lux gibt es Unterschiede einfach ein No Go !! Fake Fotos werden von Seiten des Hotels auf diversen Plattformen gepostet um Urlauber zu locken!!!! Einfach erbärmlich und jede Reklamation wird mit einem jaja abgetan. Einzig positive 15 min entfernt ist die Therme Olimia kostet zwar etwas aber dafür stimmt dort auch alles!!

Только что вернулись с 7-дневной детокс-программы в Grand Hotel Sava - какие впечатления! У нас был номер Гранд с балконом и видом на парк - так спокойно и тихо, идеально для отдыха. Вид был прекрасный и действительно помог расслабиться. Детокс-программа была хорошо организована. Началось все с медицинской консультации и анализа тела - было интересно. Спа-процедуры были фантастические - особенно понравился детокс-массаж и минеральные ванны. СПА-зона ROI очень приятная, с финской и турецкой саунами. Больше всего удивило, насколько помогла магниевая вода. Нужно было пить ее 3 раза в день плюс детокс-напитки, и честно говоря, к 3-му дню почувствовали себя намного энергичнее. Минеральные ванны тоже очень расслабляющие. Персонал был супер дружелюбный и услужливый на протяжении всего пребывания. Даже детокс-еда была хорошей - боялись, что будет скучно, но повара отлично справились, готовя здоровые блюда, которые действительно вкусные. Удобства вроде термального бассейна и фитнес-центра были отличными. Понравились утренние занятия йогой и аквааэробика. В общем, это было именно то, что нам нужно. Вернулись домой отдохнувшими и намного здоровее. Уже думаем забронировать снова на следующий год!

Пишу этот отзыв от имени своих родителей. Они сейчас отдыхают в этом отеле. Пару дней назад случился неприятный инцидент. В ванной комнате дверца от душа не закрывалась , была плохо закреплена. При использовании душевой кабины дверь упала и осколками поранила отца. Хорошо, что осколками не были задеты крупные артерии , не то мог произойти фатальный случай. Почему администрация отеля не следит за состоянием предметов , которые находятся в сломанном состоянии ?

Номера просторные и красиво оформлены. Я был в полном восторге от завтрака - большой выбор и все очень вкусно. SPA-центр ROI - это, безусловно, главное достоинство отеля: он современный, элегантный и предлагает настоящую релаксацию. Я бы с удовольствием вернулась!

Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, die Bäder könnten eine kleine Auffrischung vertragen, aber die Gemeinschaftsräume sind schön dekoriert und vermitteln ein angenehmes Gefühl. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und sehr gut, vor allem die slowenischen Gerichte. Und das ROI SPA ist top - eine wirklich schöne Erfahrung!
