As a result, she found that the door of the room was opened and two bags had been stolen as soon as she went upstairs. She lost some cash and mobile phones. At that time, there were only two or three guests eating in the restaurant besides us. It is hard to imagine that one of these people suddenly thought of stealing things after picking up the card. . . I seriously suspect that it was the restaurant waiter or the cleaning staff who had been eyeing us Chinese for a long time. After finding that the room card was lost, they immediately went upstairs to steal, and it is also possible that multiple people cooperated in the case, and the restaurant waiter could be completely natural to keep watch. What's more serious is that after we called the police, the police came to retrieve the surveillance. They found that this hotel actually had no surveillance in all the corridors. The surveillance at the restaurant front desk was not installed with a hard drive and could not be accessed. It was like letting guests run naked without any security measures. . . This is why I am more convinced that it was an internal thief, because the guest had the intention to steal after picking up the room card, but he didn't have the courage to steal because of the surveillance. However, their internal staff knew clearly that the hotel had no surveillance, so they went upstairs and stole things without any scruples! ! I seriously suspect that this is not the first time such a thing has happened in this store! We all know that international tourists stay for one or two days and then leave. If they are stolen, there is nothing they can do! ! In addition, I want to say that, even if it is a thief or not, the hotel cannot escape responsibility, because providing guests with a safe living environment is the most basic requirement. Now the theft happened in the hotel room instead of in a public square! ! At present, we have no other way, because we really can't delay the next trip, and we can't continue to confront the hotel. We can only try to negotiate with Ibis through email. Ctrip can't help at all, and has said it's not our responsibility because we are not involved in the hotel operation and don't know that they don't monitor it. The front desk was nice. However, the hallway smelled like toilets and it seemed a little unsanitary. It's a little far from Luxembourg Station, so it's just a basic place to stay.
