We enjoyed our stay so much The room was superb and well looked after thank to the housekeeping team The restaurant team specially Nicola,Dani,Betinda,Fabiana,Daniel,Edouard,Jeffrey,Harry. Who took care of us so well The reception team Corina,Julia and Claudette who answer all our queries and was very helpful. Spent xmas 2024. The bathroom very dirty. Stings. Washbasin broken and dirty water stays. Breakfast terrible. The hotel surrounding dirty. Not advisable to book this hotel. The staffs are nice. Hotel should close for a good renovations.

Worst hotel,service not to standard..Food, I ll rate 1/5..they give bouillon crabe n guess no crabe..n guess wt the manager said they took out the crab out..nex day they give halim agneau,same it's flavored agneau n not a single piece agneau instead lots lentils..ask them if can arrange seat for 5 people outside guess wts the answer,can't they already did setting...think cocotier hotel n staff must learn lots from mauritian hospitality hotels..3 nights stay not a single rodriguais Food in hotel n not a sega night ridrigues culture...been there in year 2019 n went this year 2025,no improvements in hotel infrastructure same as b4 I ll say worst...u r still eating at table ,the waiter comes to your table,guess wt he says can I take your plate, u over...wttttt the

Horrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel Our stay at this hotel was terrible. The staff and manager were rude and unwelcoming from the beginning. We arrived at 8:00 AM, but they didn’t give us our room until 3:00 PM. This was especially hard as we had two elderly people with us, both over 70 years old, who had to sit outside in discomfort for hours while waiting for the room. We also paid for an airport transfer, but no one came to pick us up. On top of that, the staff refused to let us order food for our kids, so they were left eating only rice and bean soup during our stay. The food quality was poor, and the overall service was appalling. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Hotel magnifique dans un cadre splendide. Une table exceptionnelle. Des rodriguais fort sympathique Les plages sont magnifiques mais parfois difficile d accès. Quelques rares animations le soir pour accompagner les somptueux cocktails

Séjour exceptionnel on a passé des moments formidable les enfants et moi on vous remercie du fond du cœur. Les filles de la réception merci le personnel du restaurant et du bar, merci pour tout. Nôtre chambres était juste wouah on était en supérieur avec vu sur mer. On a adoré notre séjour parmi, c'était authentique. On y reviendra c'est sûre. Bonne continuation à vous

Hôtel à fuire dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de 0 comme note , je me suis faite volée de l'argent qui etait dans ma chambre par le personnel! et je n'étais pas la seule, d'autres personnes s'est vu perdre de l'argent. La directrice aucune compassion par rapport au vole, une personne désagréable. L'hôtel est juste horrible ma chambre avais une odeur nauséabonde, le repas a part le déjeuner n'etait pas correct. La piscine était dégueulasse n'était jamais nettoyé, mon enfant avait des plaques sur elle, des rats traîner autour la piscine. Une très mauvaise expérience pour ma part. #HOTEL POURRI.

Excellent customer service and hospitality. Really clean and highly recommended. I would rate it as 9 over 10 as the food may be improved (the taste should be improved but I was told some spices and salt are not added to cater for a wide range of clients so I understand) but this is easily resolved by buying food in the neighboring restaurants.
