Im actually in room 1 and im having a terrible vacation.very cold food broken plates no hot water no hair dryer available , less chanel in tv but on the good side good room service honest people hardworking waiters and good welcoming.we expected a lot more than this

Un bâtiment un peu suranné, mais assez charmant. Très représentatif de Rodrigues. La chasse d'eau était hors d'usage, on nous change de chambre pour une magnifique suite avec un immense balcon sur la mer. Le buffet n'est pas très varié pas correct. L'hôtel est assez bien situé, en bord de plage et on peut aller à pieds à Port Mathurin. Les critères ne sont pas les mêmes qu'en France, il y a des coupures d'eau, mais nous avons bien aimé

Dés que je suis arrivé il n'avait pas d'acceuil. Pour le depart aucun personel pour aider a porter les valise. Il y avait des cafard dans la douche. Quand on allait sur la reception on derangé les staff. Mais pour le service s'était mieux il y avait des personnels vraiment aimables. Pour un verre faut attendre 15 minute.

J’ai passé 4 nuits au Cocotier Hôtel en avril 2025. Franchement, l’hôtel en lui-même n’est pas mal du tout. Le personnel est accueillant, et la chambre standard que nous avions était propre et confortable. Par contre, petit bémol : on entendait souvent du bruit, probablement causé par le personnel, car notre chambre était située juste à côté de la cuisine Le vrai point faible, c’est la restauration. Pendant les 4 jours, les repas étaient toujours les mêmes. Aucun effort de variété, surtout au dîner. Et en plus, les plats étaient vraiment trop salés… Même une simple omelette baignait dans l’huile. Franchement, c’est dommage. Un autre truc qui m’a un peu choqué : les pigeons le matin. Ils viennent jusqu’à notre table pendant qu’on mange, et parfois ils piquent dans l’assiette ! Je sais, ça paraît fou, mais c’est vraiment ce qu’on a vécu. Et les plats, manque varieté comme du croissant Au final, je dirais que l’expérience était moyenne. Je donne un 5,5/10. Il y a clairement des améliorations à faire, surtout au niveau des repas. Ce serait bien qu’au moins une boisson (vin, bière, soda ou jus) soit incluse au dîner. Même l’eau est payante, et honnêtement, ça fait un peu abusé.

Accueil chaleureux, personnel à l'écoute à la réception, en salle et au bar. Merci pour votre gentillesse! Nous avons été tous très satisfaits du massage proposé à l'hôtel. Nous avons été agréablement surpris de la variété des buffets également, bravo au chef!

Meilleur séjour à l'hôtel les cocotiers, je recommande vraiment cet hôtel pour leur environnement chaleureux et je remercie la réceptionniste Corneillie pour son beau sourire et son énergie et dynamisme tout au long de mon séjour. Le personnel était vraiment sympathique et à l'écoute. Le seul bémol est que la variété des repas est à améliorer, mais les meilleurs cocktails sont chez vous. A bientôt Rodrigues !

Zero hygiene Cats, dozens of pigeons and hens eating and pooping right in the restaurant You cannot eat in peace without rushibg through your food quickly. Birds pooping on your plate right above I wonder if they even have a sanitary certificate and if they do then how they even got it. Absolutely not value for money
