Excellent family trip to the best resort in Rodrigues. Attentive, care and exceptional service. Everything were up to perfection and the resort steps up to be amazing and well maintained from the rooms, public areas and garden.

We stayed at Cotton Bay with our family and had such a lovely experience. The location is peaceful, relaxing, and surrounded by nature. It has freshly been renovated. What really stood out was the incredible staff. Everyone was so kind, attentive, and truly went out of their way to make us feel at home. We were travelling with an elderly family member who has very specific dietary needs, and we were honestly touched by the care shown. The chef personally took charge, offering special menus tailored for her, and everything was delicious. This place has such a special vibe. It’s not just the setting, but the heart behind the service. We left with great memories and are already hoping to return. Thank you to the Cotton Bay team for making our stay so meaningful. ❤️

Hôtel magnifique suite à sa rénovation. La Chambre DELUXE, en front de mer, avec terrasse, est spacieuse, décorée avec soin, et des couleurs épurées. Bonne literie, oreillers confortables. Dans la salle de bain, on retrouve le gel douche de la marque RITUALS ! un bonheur ! Tout le Staff, sans exception, est adorable, serviable, toujours le sourire aux lèvres ! Une grande piscine, propre, à débordement ! (profondeur 1m20) Une très jolie plage également, avec son sable blanc et son eau turquoise ! Le Buffet du Petit déjeuner reste assez complet (du salé / du sucré / des fruits / des céréales / jus / thé / café). Attention ne pas faire de comparaison avec les hôtels à Maurice : si vous avez l'habitude de séjourner à Maurice, en hôtel 4*, notamment dans les grandes chaines connues, vous ne retrouverez pas le même "genre" de buffet à Rodrigues Mais rassurez vous : vous ne mourez pas de faim lol ! L'hôtel est animé le soir, et le thème peut être en concordance avec le buffet ! Je recommande à 100% cet établissement. Sandra, de la Réunion.

The room was neat with a wonderful view on the sea. The staff is very nice and helpful. Had a very warm welcome. As a vegetarian I can say that I had a good variety of dishes and the desserts were delicious. A great thank you to the staff. Looking forward to my next stay in your hotel very soon.

Very clean room Most friendly staffs I have seen Wifi and tv is good I strongly recommend for someone looking to relax from the hassle of busy life. Spa is very good. Had two massage and slept really deep. I will come back with family and friends. Well done team and keep going

Excellent location and experience as a regular guest. Accommodation, atmosphere, service, recognition, care, kindness, cleanliness all were perfect and beyond expectation. Value for money. Having known cotton bay for 25 years, the transformation and level of standard meet well and above a real 4 star resort.

De la art de M M GODEAU Chbre 505 Nous venons de passer une excellente semaine au Cotton bay à RODRIGUES, où en plus du soleil et de la mer chaude, du calme, nous avons trouvé un personnel, souriant, accueillant, disponible, et compétent, mon épouse qui est allergique au gluten et au lactose remercie particulièrement le Chef Cuisinier, Monsieur Mewa KYLASH, qui à toujours fait avec gentillesse et professionnalisme, ce qu’il fallait pour qu’elle ne soit pas malade à cause de ses allergies, tout en ayant toujours de très bons repas; et merci aussi à sa sympathique équipe. Cotton bay hotel is one of the best. Family room was very spacious with friendly staff and food was very yummy varieties of buffet, indian, rodriguase Highly recommended. Overall good experienced. Was a good choice. We came back to Mauritius with beautiful memories
