worst services ever… Various times in Rodrigues went to various hotel and guest house but Coco villa highly not recommended.. Old furniture No AC in rooms Owner cut electricity and water… They don’t have manners… They don’t do room low service offered..Very dirty…Disgusting..Cheaper price Cheaper people…They don’t have veg options…Owners do not have manners for guests unfortunately is not welcoming to this villa..

Could have been 3 stars rated, but due to owner rudeness on the 1st day of stay itself, so has to be one or two star. Rice was sticky, so i had to lightly tap the spoon on the edge of the rice cooker to let the rice fall, the owner's daughter in law told me not to do it in a sharp manner. Since i notice that we were a burden for her, so i told her:" don't worry, just bear with us for three days". Afterwards, while dinning the owner (man, i believe he is the husband of mrs Elvita) came to tell us to leave!!! Yeah, leave!!! What a hospitality!!!!In fact they change their attitude as soon as we ask for air conditioner remote, they told us to pay rs300 per day, but as per the agency that we book, everything was included. We were a group of 15 people. I went to so many hotels, but never experienced something like this!!!!. Also his fares to go to Port Mathurin by his taxi was rs800. 10min drive by bus. Food was good, but i believe most places in rodrigues the food is great. So overall, definitely not recommended. If you don't have customer service or showing signs that may think you are racist, so you should not do this type of job.

It's not a hostel it's a retirement home rather no atmosphere the bosses arrogant lousy service you feel uncomfortable the mediocre lunch extremely limited dinner in the rooms the household appliances nothing works no hot water and the bosses without royally giving you a damn I don't recommend this establishment even to my enemy for the weekend like any self-respecting establishment no entertainment it's a shame for Rodrigue Island a disgusting swimming pool deckchairs good for setting fire waiting room non-existent to use the air conditioning you have to pay extra but he doesn't care about us their problem it's just your money the owners never come you talk we never know what we're going to have for dinner in the evening no communication I recommend ABSOLUTELY NOT THIS ESTABLISHMENT ZERO ON ZERO now I understand better why the other hostels were full and he had room, worst vacation I have spent in my entire life, really disgusting
