Soco House

The service atSoco house is great 👏👏..from the service guy who came to assist with our in room safe to the restaurant staff and those at reception.. my spa experience was also relaxing ..I would choose again Soco house and you should also !!

We had an wonderful stay at Soco house. For the price we paid I could not fault it. The room was comfortable and spacious, the food and drink excellent and the staff all welcoming and friendly (especially Trevon and Zedan at the bar and Eloise in the restaurant). I enjoyed the menu service and that it wasn't an all-inclusive buffet. There were a few negatives, our air con stopped working several times, some of furniture is tired but it was nothing that spoilt our holiday. The hotel accommodated our late check out request which really helped with the BA flight home being late in the evening

Due to an issue with my flight, I was fortunate enough to extend my stay in St. Lucia for an additional 3 nights. Soco House is the hotel that I was assigned to. My stay here was very pleasant. Ken was very helpful with check-in, and giving me a new key when I accidentally locked myself out within the first 30 min. The bar staff were incredible, especially Trevon, Zedan, and Warner ( sorry if I spelled those wrong). They were always pleasant and had the best vibes. The restaurant staff lead by Ms. Eloise was superb, shout out to my girls Misty, Larna, and Marissa!

OK, so let's get the negatives out of way: some of the decor and fittings were tired, the air con units drip, the hotel could do with a lift to the upper floors, and the stairways get wet in the rain... HOWEVER from the moment we arrived we felt we'd come home. Ken gave us such a welcome and without asking, carried our cases up to our room. The staff made us feel like one of the family. I can't mention everyone, but as well as Ken there were Eloise, Nadia, Charlene, Princess, George and Cleopa in the restaurant; Ryan on front desk, Charles and Cyril on the bar and so many more. You made us feel so welcome! By the way, the food each day was amazing - none of your identikit buffets full of sloppy salads and coleslaw here - each dish was cooked to order and we were treated to fresh fruit, vegetables and fish - some of which we had never seen before. The friendly vibe rubbed off on the guests and strangers became friends as we relaxed together over the pool and bar. Thanks to all the management and staff at Soco House - you are all amazing!

An absolute gem of a hotel, brilliant holiday.room was first class bed so comfy right by the pool. Hoel staff ace big shout to the servers in the restaurant and to TRvon the bar server outside amazing cocktails a Blue Margarita!!! Food was great cooked to order no cold/luke warm buffet here , breakfast wow fruit platter yummy as was everything on the menu we tried them all. Lunch was great jek chicken sublime brilliant choice three courses again cooked to order evrything fresh Dinner too was brilliant no repition of menus for lunch or dinner . The frony of house staff so helpful big shout to the man with the red tie so helpful with printing off stuff for the flight back Poll was warm great the Spa good Totally recommend the hotel to everyone The hotel manager friendly helpful too and the housekeeping staff superb

This was to be a Birthday celebration, not so much after staying here. We had NO HOT water for 3 DAYS. Mind you the staff was notified at 10am the 1st morning at "orientation". 3 Days, I could not shower and had a stopped up bathroom sink! On day 2 of the days there was NO WATER At ALL throughout the entire hotel for the day. There was no offer to change rooms or accomadate. The water and sink issue was finally taking care of after 9pm the night of the 3rd day, to find out the hot water was NOT TURNED on from the boiler for our room. We checked out early due to the incident after 3 days and asked for refund for the remaining 2 days to call it even to which a Representative from management agreed. Note... I'm still waiting for the $420.62 refund, when I should've requested the whole stay. This is advertised as a "All-inclusive" "Luxury Boutique Hotel"...not so much. They had the same menu with limited options, the fruit was either over ripe or under ripe. The food overcooked. There we no options throughout the day at the hotel. I am a Travel agent and will make sure to shout loud and wide Never to stay here or refer anyone here. They don't honor their word.
