Wir habenhier an zwei Tagen unsere Hochzeit gefeiert - Standesamtlich & unsere freie Trauung. Die gesamte Planung & Betreuung im Vorfeld als auch die Begleitung am Tag vor Ort war einfach nur exzellent. Das Team von der Event Abteilung (auch die Urlaubsvertretung) haben uns den gesamten Weg begleitet, wir haben uns immer mehr als gut aufgehoben gefühlt & haben super Ideen & Anmerkungen eingebracht. Das ganze Team am Tag der Hochzeit inkl. Service, Küche etc. hat einen wirklich tollen Job gemacht. Der Service war super aufmerksam, professionell und herzlich. Alle Gäste haben das super Essen gelobt, was aus der Küche kam und der ganze Ablauf war von Anfang bis Ende nur perfekt. Die Location selbst ist traumhaft schön und bietet alles: von wunderschönen Innenbereichen und einen wunderschönen großem Garten. Eigene Zimmer, ein sehr schickes aber gemütliches Restaurant und fantastisches Essen - vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen. Wir haben uns einfach 110% super betreut gefühlt und haben in der Wolfschlucht unsere Traumhochzeit gefeiert! Vielen Dank an das ganze Team für dieses tolle Event, dass uns für immer in toller Erinnerung bleiben wird!

Einfaches Hotel mit ordentlich Luft nach oben
Erstmal vorneweg, dass Hotel war sauber. Das Zimmer was ich hatte benötigt dringend eine Renovierung. Das fängt bei den Matratzen an und geht beim Schreibtisch und Nachttisch weiter die echt über aussehen. Die Nachttischlampe ist der Lampenschirm defekt und im Bad hing eine Steckdose aus der Wand. OK, das Zimmer war günstig, aber auch für das wenige Geld kann man ein ordentliches Zimmer erwarten.

Ich hatte eine Übernachtung spontan und telefonisch paar std vorher gebucht, das zimmer war eiskalt (ende okt)und das Fenster war halboffen und auf dem Bett war nur eine leichte Decke im schrank gar keine zwite Decke die ich hätte nehmen können!Es soll 4 sterne hotel sein die Weisse farbe vom Tisch im zimmer war alles abgeblättert und der ganze tisch sollte besser entsorgt werden.höchstens 2,5 sterne hotel mit dem preis v 4 sterne 97 Euro mit freühstuck hab ich bezahlt.

Wir haben hier die Hochzeit unseres Sohnes gefeiert und haben AUSSCHLIESSLICH gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht am Mo, der mit seinem Team schneller war, als wir einen Wunsch auch nur aussprechen konnten. Obwohl wir nur 45 Personen waren und ein eher schmales Budget hatten, wurden wir wie die Könige behandelt und bedient.

Hatten die Location im Internet entdeckt und sind in Kontakt getreten, um unsere Hochzeit hier zu feiern. Wir hatten die Möglichkeit, uns die Location einmal fertig dekoriert anzuschauen und waren danach noch einmal zum Gespräch dort und wollten die Location nun gerne buchen. Die vorherige Absprache besagte, der Termin wäre frei. Nachdem wir also gesagt haben, wir nehmen die Location, hat am selben Tag ein anderes Paar bereits angezahlt. Wir waren sehr verwundert, da laut Absprache der Termin nicht besetzt war und wir inzwischen schon in den letzten Zügen waren und auch zweimal vor Ort waren. Leider späte Antworten auf E-Mails, außer es gibt Angst vor schlechter Bewertung, hier geht es plötzlich schnell. Unprofessionelle Absprachen und schlechte Organisation, keine Transparenz. Profit Orient verstehe ich, jedoch passt hier nicht einmal das, da hier auch hätte erwähnt werden können, dass es nun doch weitere Interessenten gibt und die Entscheidung unsererseits schnell fallen sollte.
