入住體驗比較滿意。酒店小巧玲瓏，裝修有品位，房間温暖明亮，設施齊全，床鋪舒適。工作人員熱情周到，服務一流，讓人感覺賓至如歸。法式早餐營養可口。酒店位置便利，交通便捷，周圍景點商店餐廳也很多。總的來説，我對比尼酒店的入住體驗很滿意。

Lorsque nous avons réservé cet hôtel, c'était au mois de mars et nous avons commis l'erreur de ne pas demander s'il y avait la clim. En même temps on pouvait supposer qu'un 3 étoiles proposait ce service. Pas de possibilité d'ouvrir fenêtre et volet vu la proximité de la chambre voisine. Un frigo dans la chambre mais fermé à clé donc pas de possibilité de mettre une bouteille d'eau à rafraîchir. Dommage que ces points négatifs viennent gâcher les points positifs qui sont là proximité du centre tout en étant dans une rue calme. L'accueil était sympathique mais nous ne reviendrons pas et ne le conseillerons pas tant que des améliorations ne seront pas apportées

Hôtel ancien un peu vieillot sans la climatisation lit confortable chambre avec de la place par contre tout est facturé dans le bar. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon avec des produits locaux (fouace, miel, yaourts, fromage...)

Hôtel sympathique, situé en plein centre de Rodez. Le stationnement est facile, dans la rue. L'accueil est agréable, les chambres sont propres et relativement bien insonorisées. Le plateau de courtoisie est très apprécié. Le petit déjeuner est complet. Seul bémol : la salle de bain, qui mériterait un petit rafraichissement.

Très bon hôtel en centre ville proche de tout calme parking payant a deux pas chambres spacieuses et bien équipé personnels professionnel accueillant souriant et dévoués pour ces clients.
