A very nice hotel, nice location very friendly staff. My room super super clean, just like the hotel. The breakfast hey what can I say it was perfect. The coffee was one of the best I've ever had . It was a nice surprise that they had an elevator. Being my room on the fourth floor I didn't have to walk all the way up the stairs.

Ein sehr gutes, ruhiges Hotel, man merkt das dieses Haus von der Familie mit viel Liebe zur Sache geführt wird.
Besonders auffällig ist die hervorragende Sauberkeit im
ganzen Haus.
Das Essen war sehr lecker.
Es gab genügend Parkplätze ohne Extrakosten.

Eigentlich ist der Bewertung meines "Vorbewerters" Christian W nichts mehr hinzuzufügen. Alles kann ich so auch bestätigen. Die alte Mühle ist der ideale Ausgangsort um Coburg mit seinen Atraktionen zu besichtigen. Eine hervorragende Alternative zu den Hotels direkt in der Stadt. Den freundlichen Service und das prima Frühstücksbuffet möchte ich aber doch nochmal erwähnen. Bei unseren nächsten Aufenthalt in Coburg wird sicher die Alte Mühle wieder zum Zuge kommen.

Die Zimmer im Hotel sind eher unauffällig, funktional, freundlich und sauber. Stilistisch bietet es keine grosse Überraschung im Innenraum. Der Witz ist von aussen sichtbar, nämlich dass man in einem früheren Mühlengebäude übernachtet. Wirklich Klasse ist aber die Küche. Das trifft sowohl auf das Abendessen zu, wie auch für das ausgesucht und liebevoll gepflegte Frühstücksbüffet. Sogar Münchner Weisswürstchen wurden feilgeboten! Die Mahlzeiten waren verfeinerte Küche (z. B. der abwechslungsreich gemixte Salat), und das Fleisch so zart und schmackhaft wie selten. Auf einer zweiwöchigen Reise gehörte dieses gastronomische Erlebnis zu den zwei besten. Last but not least: Das Zimmer war richtig günstig, das Essen zwar etwas gehoben im Preis, aber immer noch sehr preiswert!

Wir waren als Paar mit Hund übers Wochenende hier. Das Hotel ist etwas außerhalb, und sehr idyllisch gelegen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr elegant, hochwertig und sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und lassen nichts vermissen. Das Frühstück war entsprechend der geringen Belegung in dieser Jahreszeit nicht übermäßig groß, dafür aber sorgfältig ausgewählt, hochwertig und auch mit frisch zubereiteten Salaten. Zudem werden Eierspeisen frisch nach Wunsch zubereitet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der überaus herzliche und freundliche Service bei allen Mitarbeitenden und zu jeder Zeit. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, wenn wir in der Gegend sind.
