The hotel's hardware and services are OK, the room is quite big! The breakfast is also good. Parking is convenient! But the problem is, since we booked the room in advance on Jiaocheng, the room fee has been paid! After we left, they deducted 3 room fees in a row, which is really inexplicable; due to language problems, when we asked our relatives to call to inquire, not only did they not give a reason, but their attitude was also very impatient. Why is this? Hilton is a global chain brand store, which is really speechless! Travelers should be careful in the future! Alas!

We are retired snowbirds that travel the 95 corridor very frequently and hilton properties are usually our go to stop. But not here again. The public area are nice and spacious but our room was a disappointment. The couch had large pulls, bureau was destroyed on one corner looked like water damage or something I don’t want to imagine, carpet was frayed in two areas. Breakfast was the worst we’ve had at all other hotels that we have visited. Eggs were dried out and barely recognizable as eggs ,fruit was old and coffee was weak. To top it off our bill for one night was $319 with the pet fee. We reported our concerns to management as well as to Hilton Honors request. Other local Hilton properties were much less expensive. We were willing to pay the extra amount for an upgraded experience, this was not, that and we will never be back. Request partial reimbursement but that didn’t happen.

First of all, the first photo on the Trip Advisor sight is showing the wrong hotel. This review I am writing is not for Candlewood Suites. It is for Homewood Suites by Hilton Rocky Mount. What a fantastic experience we had from check in to check out! ALL employees were pleasant, respectful, and super efficient! Great care is taken in every location, including the fitness room. The free breakfast was top notch. What a great way to start the day! I was very impressed with this hotel and will definitely return!

We have stayed at many of the Hilton properties, this was by far the best. Room was extremely clean and quiet. The staff really made us feel welcome. Special shout out to Joe and Ricky for a wonderful breakfast and Gabriel at the front desk. 👏👏👏

Great clean hotel with room for larger families We stayed at this hotel for my son’s baseball tournament and had a great experience. The room was clean, very spacious, and we especially loved the layout—it had a separate living area from the bedrooms, which was perfect. My husband and son could watch the game on TV while I got some quiet rest. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back for the next tournament!

The coffee was horrible. My friend brought the concern to the manager and they didn't fit the solution. Bathroom tub needs to be redone. The fridge suction lining is ripped hard to open. Makeup/foundation found on my pillow case.

I think the property was nice but what annoyed me is that the only role of toilet paper available is what was on the dispenser. Usually there is an extra role in the bathroom. Who wants to have to ask for toilet paper! If they would have given the extra role like all other hotels do it would have sufficed. They also have a policy that housekeeping doesn’t clean the room during your stay unless you specifically ask for it, including your request for fresh towels.
