Hilton Dallas/Rockwall Lakefront

Prime Location: Many users praised the hotel's location, describing it as convenient and close to local attractions, restaurants, and scenic spots such as a lakeside area, which was especially beautiful at sunset.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. We went to celebrate our first son's High School graduation and mainly wanted to utilize the pool. We have come here for several years for several occasions and the service in the bar along with managers on duty have slowly deteriorated. This weekend the bartenders were not inviting and often not responsive. One stated they were new and seemed to be the most frazzled. The way they charge cards throughout the day for an open tab caused multiple fraud alerts and the freeze of my card all together. The manager on duty was rude and talked to me like I had no sense, he was disrespectful to my children who were sitting there with me while I was trying to pay out. I had drinks on my tab that were not mine and often when I was ordering my own, they had to ask me over and over which name was mine, I could bet some of my items ended up on someone else's tab. I ordered an extra set of fries - instead of making us new fresh fries, they gave me a bowl that was sitting at the bar for at least 10 mins as I was sitting there waiting that long to order my fries - I saw them sitting there the whole time. Regardless of the lack of service my family enjoyed our stay, but I cannot say we will ever return to Hilton Rockwall as the prices are too high for such lack luster service. The best service we had was the young lady in the Heirloom Market running the Starbucks. She worked alone and was very busy but remained welcoming and responsive to all her customers.
