The toilet is bad and water stopped working sometimes, the room ambient is bad.

This location is very good for me during my stay . All the management teams and the front desk is very nice and cooperative specially Bhuwan is the one who is always there for every help. From day first he is trying best to give his Best better luck bhuwan

The room was musty and humid with a bad odor. When I told the front desk, he brought me to another room and it was equally bad! The phone and tv remote didn't work, the door didn't lock, and the sheets had stains on them. I really was creeped out and afraid to fall asleep. The building/place needs some serious TLC. The decor and lighting are really unpleasant, old and lack taste. I would wait until they do a makeover before heading back anytime soon.

We are traveling to visit friends and families and stayed at this hotel. This place is nice and clean. Staff here are very supportive and helps is every matter. The public commute is very near and shopping Center is in a walking distance. Highly recommended

Thank u bhuwan for your help during my stay. You were always there for me when I need something. I still remember that day when my window curtain was falling down and you helped me in switching the room. Now also when I need somebody’s here I found u and u helped me. Really appriciated your doing and the way how you treat guest was better than best

My experience at Extended Stay America, Rockville has Great Service, the staff has been great and very nice. I definitely recommend staying at this location if you want great customer and you old be minutes away from the rio. Bhuwan and the staff is very kind, helping and available and ready to serve you.

Bhuwan is the best associate in this location who always supports customers with a warm welcome.this is my home for my stay coz I always visit this location.and I love being treated with what they greet.definitely would recommend this location
