I have traveled to Southeast Asia, the United States, Europe, etc., and never stayed in such a dirty hotel. The hotel is relatively old. 1. The hygiene really needs to be well managed. There are long hairs on the bath towels. The public supplies are also very dirty and I dare not use them. 2. The sound insulation is very poor. The music next door is very loud at night. I called the front desk at 10:50 but no one answered... Bad review, not recommended to stay! Google review score is also very low, 2 points. Avoid it!

I called severa times fromthe airport to the hotel receptionist, no response at all.
Arrived at the facility to check in, Receptionist told me that she had logged out her account and asked me to wait till the next shift staff.
Toilet tank water is not filling.
No water bottle at room. No Bar or restaurant at the facility to purchase.
