Lovely inn but be aware that its not a B and B-there is no breakfast. The self check in process is a bit eerie and impersonal but a real human was available by phone! The rooms are creatively decorated and clean. The outdoor garden is lovely and the location is nice- easy walk to town.

No longer serves breakfast. Keurig and kcups, refrigerator freezer in room. No robes. Housekeeping did not provide fresh towels or empty trash on the second night. The decor is hard to describe, and I found it hard to appreciate. The water pressure in the shower was excruciatingly hard, and not adjustable. Very clean in general. Walking distance to town down the hill--a bit steep on return. Overall I'd rate between 3 and 4.

Selected this because of location and breakfast included. Arrived at night. Found note on the bed saying there would be no breakfast. Big disappointment. Neither was there any refund for lack of breakfast. Websites like this one need to quit saying there will be breakfast. Location is great within easy walking distance of Bearskin Neck and shops. Inn is totally clean. Room was cramped. There was no second luggage stand. Had to use suitcase on the floor. Phone message when reserving was answered promptly, but there is no one from management on the property.

Cute place comfortable and quaint. Could use a handrail by front door because of high uneven step (but I understand the desire to keep the older house authentic). Very disappointed when we got there to find a note on the bed to the effect of "we are no longer serving breakfast because of rising cost" and including discount coupons for local restaurants. This was supposed to have been a B & B. It was advertised as such. When we searched up B & Bs in Rockport it came up right away. This was a huge disappointment.

We have a two day reservation and we’re currently locked out. We went out to breakfast since they don’t serve breakfast anymore. No one will answer calls or texts. Do not stay here. It’s been 30 minutes so far.

We had a wonderful spring visit to Rockport and the Sally Webster was a perfect location for walking into town and exploring. We loved the decor, the comfortable (very soft and squishy!) bed, and the location. The self check-in is easy, and we just missed the end of their breakfast service by a week or so, which was a slight disappointment but more than made up for by the incredible breakfasts we had at the Red Skiff (with a discount from the hotel). The property is unstaffed, but they were very responsive on text.

Charming What a cute Inn. Hosts very responsive when asked a question. Able to walk to the shops and restaurants. Woke up and saw they had cleaned the snow off our vehicle!!

A Modern yet historic Inn This is the first Inn that I stated in that was self-check in and out. Breakfast was brought to me and placed at my door at 8:00am from a menu I selected the night before. A video walking through the front door to the room was sent via text. The bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. The Wharf is walkable but in February I drove to dinner.
