I won't stay there again. I had to wait 30 minutes to check in and get my room, after a 4 hour drive. Then, shortly after I started putting my stuff in my room, they asked if I wanted to change rooms. Under the circumstances, it was a heck of time to ask me. Also, although I had a second floor nonsmoking room, I had to go through hallways and stairways with the smell of cigarette smoke to get to my room. A unexceptional complementary breakfast with very few options didn't really help my experience.

This was by far the cleanest Eco Lodge I have ever been to, and that is saying something as I work in 6 states. The room was cool and had absolutely no “hotel” smell. Hardwood floors so no nasty carpet. Spacious room.

Friendly but didn't feel clean at all
Front desk was friendly and parking was easy but the room did not feel clean at all. The floors were so dirty that my slipper bottoms were black after 1 night there. The towels were stained and falling apart. They just need to focus a little more on cleaning and replacing items and it will be a much better hotel.

Beware!
Slow process checking in to start, then the room had a fowl odor, we dropped our stuff off quick and had somewhere to be. That night upon return checking the room out we realized it had to be a smoking room which i smoke but not indoors. The room had a bad stinch to it, the beds were hard as a rock, the shower had very poor pressure, the sink drain had mold, and had many features such as the toilet paper holders and stuff broke and rusty. Badly needs a remodel and glad we only had to endure it for a few hours. Definitely will be more observant on our next outing and will look at other places in this area.

Has fast food restaurants everywhere.
Ingles grocery store close to property. Silver Comet trail entry 1.2 miles away. E- bike rentals available by start of Comet trail. Off the busy road away from highway.

Noboby at the Lobby; they leave the key and paper at the desk; room was used, dirty and cigar smoke; have to call the person 2 times and delay to show up, nothing friendly. After that gave me another room and the rest was ok.

Air conditioner started roaring about 3am. Turned it off. When mentioned it to management on checkout the answer was “what do you want me to do about it”. Just indignant.
