The service is excellent and the persons at the hotel are very friendly. I highly recommend it. The kitchen in the room is a plus, also the location, is close to a beautiful beach.

It was off season when I got there and there were less people. My room was in the 4th flr though I was expecting a lift but there was none. As for the room, it was spacious and the Aircon was working.Bathroom was clean. As for the breakfast, the package includes Continental Breakfast but it was not satisfying nor fulfiling, so I opted to eat outside. I thought that thier continental would be nice but it was not. I did order 1 time from them for breakfast but i think its kinda expensive. Amenities- i read that the was self serve laundry but when i was ther it was out of service quite disappointin. Pool,for me, was small versus my expectation, Staircase was through the back door. You can go through the resto but still its at the back. Anyhow , everything good especially the Front desk, they were very helpful.

I booked a last minute trip and stayed at the Blue Horizon for two nights with my two young children. The hotel staff were all incredibly friendly and the room was immaculately clean. The included continental breakfast was plentiful and there was a choice to have hot items at a charge. The pool was cleaned daily and the water was warm. The hotel itself is across the road from Rockley beach and in walking distance to many eateries. Quayside which has a mini mart and several food options is about a 3 minute walk. If you fancy something a little more special, Champers is practically opposite or Tapas restaurant a 10 minute walk away. For the price you can’t argue and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for a short but very sweet trip.

I liked the fact that the place was clean and tidy and there was a daily house keeping service. I also liked that it was right next to the beach.
In terms of improvement, there could have been some more variety offered in the breakfast, particularly things like eggs, sausages and cheese

Great property but restaurant concerns
The rooms are well appointed and I would recommend as a good place to stay and the staff were eventually able to accommodate our need for a room on a lower floor although I had requested this several weeks prior to our arrival but did not receive a response. Feedback regarding food and staff - The food availability in the restaurant was not great and the breakfast options were not regularly refreshed during the breakfast session.
Did not appreciate the staff chatting loudly outside our room when we were resting in the room.
The property is very close to Rockley beach and I would recommend the nearby food court and restaurants rather than the hotel restaurant, (which was very expensive and only a few menu items available).
