Room smelled like cigarettes. Half the lamps were broken. AC made a horrible noise all night.

This the second year of an annual event that we have stayed here it seems that since last year not much care has been given to the rooms.

There is ZERO wifi available to the back part of the inn. The service desk acknowledged this is a reoccurring and said there is NOTHING they can do about the problem. Isn't lying about providing free internet on their advertising, shouldn't they mention it ONLY works close to the front of the building. Room is average but we got 'conned' into taking a suite at a higher price then hammered with having to go to the lobby to get online. Service sucks mud when they say they are helpless to correct the problem and gave me a "TAKE IT OR LEAVE' answer.

The first room we were given did not have a working lock on the door. No shower curtain and the toilet was full of someone else's poop and would not flush. Room reeked. Room #2. Smelled horrific , dirty / stained up bedding in both. This one had a big plunger sitting in the middle of the floor. And yes , you guessed it. Toilet also did not work and was full of poo. 💩 I requested cancellation to go else where. Was told only management could refund. I called 4 times that following week. Each time my name and number was taken and I was promised a call back , never happened. Management was never in , kind of makes sense. Poopy hotel. Poopy toilets and poopy management. In the meantime I did speak with Raj at the front desk who said they do not have a maintenance man at the hotel. I had to file a complaint with my credit card company This place needs shut down. Go to the Fairfield next door. It's amazing.

Tv did not work, no internet, no telephone service in room. Room needs an overhaul..nasty….bad choice staying here. Hotwire choice…not mine. They would not relocate me or provide refund. Terrible…terrible…terrible. There is an inch gap around the bottom and side of door.. Hope the mice and rain stays out. What a dump! It looks like there were some mishaps in the room that were never addressed. Floors were nasty bad! Mold in bathroom. Too many choices to ever stay here ever again.

Rooms were nasty, shower heads were black. toilet would not flush. staff was rude. breakfast was nasty. place was not clean buy couldnt get a refund. please do not stay here! just nasty all the way around. if you dont want to get sick please stay away

I was told the room would be cleaned daily as it should be. I had to go to the desk and retrieve towels and the room was not serviced. Why should I have to clean my own room? If you cannot service a room daily then the rates should be somewhere around $30-35 Not $90-100+. What exactly are we paying for here beside excuses???????? People have been trained to accept almost anything now a days and be ok with it. It has got to STOP.

No maid service No breakfast (even though advertised as "free breakfast") No laundry bag No coffee Cheap.cheap towels and toiletries. $100.00 per night! Should have stayed at the HI or the Fairfield I am sure it would have been worth the extra $20.00
