Really disappointing!!
Luxury is the key word! Such a let down! Pam was amazing and helpful but televisions didn't work properly. One of the aircons in the room didn't work at all and dust buildup on the fans and vent in bathroom triggers off allergies!

We were warmly greeted when we stayed for Rockynats 2024, it was peaceful even though the complex was booked out.
Our room was beautifully clean & provided enough amenities for the two of us.
The location was brilliant sitting between the Showgrounds & other Rockynat events on the esplanade. This made walking to events very easy.
Would stay again!
