3 dead bugs in newly clean room given to me...I took pictures

Unsatisfied While getting into our room, someone in our party dropped a large water bottle. The dropping of the bottle created a loud noise and shortly after someone from the hotel staff entered the room under the assumption there was a fight going on in the room. At no point was there a fight going on and the hotel employee did not knock before entering the room. When we explained what had happened, the employee was argumentative stating the noise they heard wasn’t created by a water bottle. At the very least, a knock on the door was warranted prior to entering our room. Also, I was not a fan of the remote checking process. The individual on the stream was difficult to understand. The rooms were nice. I have no complaints about them. However, due to the other happenings, when we return next year, we will not be staying here again.

Vending machine broken, no ice machines (completely removed). Check in person talks through a kiosk.. no personal touch.

The room was fine (clean) . The entrance door I used the bar to open stuck and you had to force it open (fire safety ). The kiosk speakers needs to be replaced,can’t understand instructions

Bad news! Advertisement said free breakfast, No Breakfast, pool was closed, ice machine and elevator were both out of order. Nothing to transport luggage. I would not recommend or stay here again!

Checked in and went immediately to the front desk and checked out. Roaches in room and extremely dirty in the hallways and room. The ice machines and elevator did not work and I was in the third floor. Check in was horrible as I had to talk to someone on a video chat machine while the employee stood there and did nothing. They indicated they would refund my stay but did not see that come through. Orbitz should discontinue working with this location.
