Avid Hotel Atlanta – Conyers I-20

first off we had to wait to check in because people can’t arrive to work on time. then our room wasn't ready so we had to keep waiting for another room. then the tv wasn’t working, it had netflix access but it wouldn’t work. when we called the front desk they said netflix doesn’t work. overall disappointing so far & i’ve only been here an hour

These people that someone who never checked me in before check me in double charge my card didn't tell me that they double charge my card and I could have used a different card then had the audacity not to give me a check out

They have a General Manager and Maids that set you up. Claiming I damaged some towels, so they can keep the $50 incidental fee. They're crooks.

This facility is very clean , good breakfast choice and staff especially Debbie at the reception is so friendly and remember us like a family visiting the hotel . I like that staff personality and I feel at home here whenever I go for my medical infusion weekly

This 2 year old property is conveniently located in Conyers and down the road from Covington. The hotel is still in excellent condition, clean and modern. The standard room is small but has the amenities of the regular size room. Breakfast is the regular dining selection of fruits, sausage, cereals, yogurt, etc. Parking is plentiful. The hotel is off of I-20 at exit 84. The staff was very helpful and friendly!
