The room didn’t have a refrigerator, I requested to have breakfast available at 5:45 but they denied it.

The room facilities are very average and the breakfast is average and filling. There are KFC and Aldi supermarkets nearby. Indian service at the front desk is mediocre. The soundproofing effect of the room is not good. There is no elevator to the second floor, which is inconvenient if you have large luggage.

The desk lamp was dirty and broken, with dust visible everywhere. The TV did not have a remote control and could not be turned off, leaving it dimly lit all night. The Ramada is so shabby. I haven't stayed in it for so many years. It's just like a small hotel in China. Breakfast starts at 7 o'clock. I went downstairs at 7.10 and saw a person finishing his meal. He only had a cup of yogurt, an apple, and not even an egg. . There are no eggs or butter at all.

The first night I stayed in a hotel on the first floor, the sound of walking on the second floor was so noisy that I didn't sleep all night!
I moved to the 2nd floor on the second night and it was much better! ! ! !

The room was OK, but there was another building far away from the front desk. I stayed on the second floor and there was no elevator. On a hillside, the scenery is pretty good. Close to the highway and convenient transportation.

It stuns me that this hotel is allowed to carry the Ramada name. It is well below the standards one expects of Ramada, barely above a no-tell motel. The lobby smelled. Badly. The room was threadbare at best, and not properly cleaned. The light fixtures were dirty with cobwebs. There was a non-functional light. There was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. The desk had a large chunk missing out of the top and the the rest of it was scratched and gouged. The side chair was about the same. They look like dumpster finds. The positive? The fellow at the counter was reasonably welcoming and the bed was comfortable.

The Hotel is Bogus! They hide behind the Wyndham Logo. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau for being deceitful about their rooms rates. They house regular residents that have been the in the same room for well over 3-years and longer. A couple that reside the don't have housekeeping. Their forced to renew their reservation thru Wyndham Corporate. Sometimes they disconnect your call to be RUDE!! THE COMMON AREAS HAVE DRUG RELIEF FOR THOSE WHO OVERDOSE.
