Fairfield Inn & Suites Rock Hill

We are currently staying at Fair Field Inn in Rock Hill due to our house was flooded with water after Hurricane Helene. We were hoping to have a home away from after no water or power for now 6 days and an unlivable home. I feel uncomfortable and unwelcome every night I walk into this hotel. The rooms are decent and clean. The breakfast is alright but the fresh waffles are delicious. Parking is safe and plenty. All the staff I have spoken to are friendly except for CHAD (evening front desk). I should never feel this way at a well known hotel name Marriott or be spoken to with disrespect. My husband is a Diamond tier Bonvoy at Marriott. This is not how you treat anyone that is staying at your Marriott hotel or any hotel. The evening front desk person name CHAD was very unprofessional. He was disrespectful and yelling at me when I questioned about a third reservation that my husband had made for me. (Note: I have been staying here since Saturday night). He was extremely rude!!!

This hotel is located close to several restaurants and shops. It is one of the best in the area and serves as a good overnight stop going north/south on I77. The breakfast is typical nowadays for hotels, with stale bagels, powdered eggs and sausage patties not quite cooked.

We stayed here one night on a family road trip. I can't say enough good things about our experience. The staff were some of the nicest people I've ever come across at a hotel, and I travel a lot. The hotel itself was nice and breakfast was great (though you do have to pay but it is reasonable). Highly recommend.

We were welcomed with a warm smile and a friendly note by CC. The room was clean and well appointed, and the bed was as comfortable as I have come to expect from Marriott. The breakfast was inviting and plentiful, and when my dietary needs required plain scrambled eggs, Mary was fast with the pan to cook them up. Thank you!

There were several reasons we gave this hotel 5 stars. We have stayed at a few of the hotels off this I-77 exit as it’s a good halfway stopping point when driving from our home to visit family in central Florida. We used our Marriott Bonvoy app to make the reservation on our drive down which made check-in super easy. CiCi at the front desk was very nice. There was a lot going on in the hotel that night including a loud party in one of the conference/ballrooms & LOTS of families with little kids from a gymnastics tournament and a softball tournament nearby. The lobby was loud and busy, but CiCi made sure we had a quiet room away from the noise and we didn’t hear a peep all night. The room was very clean as was the breakfast area. I was surprised how easy is was to get a spot to sit and eat for breakfast with how crowded the hotel was the previous night. There were also plenty of hot and cold breakfast items that were kept full. Overall, it’s an easy on/off I-77, it’s clean and the rooms are quiet with a good included breakfast. We’ll definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel! Clean, updated and well kept. Staff is beyond pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was expansive and hot. Rooms were comfortable with everything you could need. Bed and pillows were comfortable as well.

We stayed for one night and found this hotel to be very clean. It was centrally located to most things you would need. Beds were cozy and we had wonderful nights sleep. We called down for late check out and was granted no problem. Yolanda working the breakfast area was fantastic. She worked so hard and was so kind!!! They are lucky to have her working here. ***Make sure you try blueberry muffins---they are out of this world---they have to be from local bakery****

Terrible experience. We were double charged for our room. Room was prepaid on checkin. We provided a credit card for incidentals but did not purchase anything. On receiving our statement a second charge appeared $91.00. We have gotten the run around, the hotel never calls us back! The credit card company hands are tied, they say hotel promised them it would be refunded. The refund has to come from the hotel. It has been 3 months since we stayed there, still no refund!

Great location and stay. We checked in via mobile app around 9pm. Our room was ready and it was clean upon walking in. We were in a room facing the front which was good because of the sun coming in during the day. The beds were clean and comfortable as well as the bathroom, no hairs or dust. We were traveling with a sports team and on Sunday we returned for breakfast and as it was coming close to 10am, there were still some of us in line for waffles. The mix ran out but the nice older lady who told us she was 74, was nice enough to refill it again after filling it 2 times already that morning. She also refilled the bacon as well. I appreciate her doing this to make sure that everyone was able to enjoy a nice breakfast. Many choices for breakfast, pork and turkey sausage, bacon, eggs, waffles, assortments of bread, bagels, fruit and juices.
