I was truly happy with my experience and am looking forward to coming back, actually I'm planning a trip for tomorrow

Everyone was very nice and friendly. The place was clean but the lobby furniture is very worn and ratty. Overall I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

We were traveling as a group for basketball. 1st night one of the groups found a cockroach in the room. They were traveling with a 2 y/o. Had to pack all their things and move to another room with a toddler, very inconvenient. The next day elevators were not working. 2nd night another group found bed bugs and immediately checked out. Hotel did not want to give them their money back even after they were shown the picture. Lady at the lobby was saying she couldn’t do nothing b/c the manager was out of town and could not be reached. The story kept changing. Hotel was in need of upgrades. The furniture in the lobby had the leather peeling off the couches, room carpet was dirty and walls were peeling. The only good thing at breakfast was the waffles. The eggs were full of water. The juice was so watered down. The last day the pool was closed. I was charged an extra fee at check out. When asked about it b/c that was not the price I got at booking I was told it’s a destination fee and for some reason it doesn’t show up when booking but they can’t do nothing about that it’s a SC law. I highly advise you to by pass this hotel.

Very tired furniture. Lots of chips and dents. The door to the unit did not latch properly which had resulted in lots of dents to the door from previous guests forcing it open. Walls, floor, and bathroom all very dirty. (Sink area was clean) The tub soap rest especially was covered with layers of scum. The shower had very low water pressure.

This hotel is next door walk to a cracker barrel, down the street from a Ruby Tuesday, Texas Roadhouse gas station.... Once you get through the traffic jams at Charlotte and need a stop this hotel is perfect. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good, elevators are fast, friendly staff, quiet AC/Heat.
