I was last here in 2019 and it was wonderful. This time it wasn't. It didn't feel good walking in, felt old, my room was on the short hall, ac in hall was blowing hot air. We had two rooms, my other room was 78 degrees and the ac was off. My other room appeared to be clean considering how dated it looked. Snags on the blanket, but the worse part was the pillows they were NASTY, stains all on them, from drool, sweat, whatever. Most hotels have pillow protectors on them, not this one. The pillows were brown. I called the front desk to ask for extra pillow cases to cover the pillows she said oh we probably don't have any but ill check, while she was checking, I left and went and bought new pillows for my family. Two of the pillows were in pieces like they were torn. Breakfast was okay eggs, waffles, sausage, gravy, biscuits, assortment of bread, fruit. The ladies at the front desk said they haven't been updated since 2019 and it shows with the rooms and I have never seen so many dogs in a hotel even on high floors. I thought they were only on the first 2.

From the time we walked into this (very busy ) motel we were treated. With eye contact and friendly smiles . The front desk staff was so kind and patient even when they had lots going on . We chose this hotel for location purposes only , and now plan to return . Everything pool , breakfast area , rooms , and loony were exceptionally clean . Anytime I ran into staff in the hallway or elevator they were friendly and helpful. Every single one of them . This is a rare finding this day and age .

Will definitely stay again when in the area! Awesome customer service, great staff and the continental breakfast is by far better than any we have ever experienced at a hotel.
