It is the most I have ever paid to stay at La Quinta. Room rates change daily even after quoted price- never before happened. Rooms are not cleaned daily. pool was closed by dhec, clerk was UNAVAILABLE!

On Friday, June 20th, I arrived at the hotel for a one-night stay in Room 325. Our check-in process was smooth, and we settled into our room. However, by 7:00 PM, unsupervised teenagers were running up and down the hallways, slamming doors, and knocking so loudly that we thought it was our own door. We tolerated the noise, assuming it would subside as the evening progressed. Unfortunately, the commotion continued throughout the night. By 12:30 AM, after hours of this disruption, we had had enough and called the front desk to report the noise. Supposedly, your night clerk investigated the issue, but there was no noticeable change. Around 1:30 AM, the fire alarm went off, forcing us to evacuate our room for an hour and wait in our car. After we returned, the teenagers were even more disruptive, and the noise persisted. As a result, we were unable to sleep despite paying for a night at your hotel. There was no responsibility to be had by management at this hotel. The general manager has evaded our phone calls to discuss this issue.

The front desk Girl was wonderful her name was Yany. Absolutely awesome! The place was clean and nice I like the pool area everything at hotel was outstanding...appreciate the service I received

Terrible experience- premiere chambre n’avait pas été nettoyé. On nous donne deuxième chambre avec savons usés dans salle de bain et coquerelle. Jamais d’excuse nous ont simplement dit « c’est la faute de la femme de ménage ». Sentait moisissure

We visited Rock Hill so our daughter could attend Winthrop orientation. The lady at the front desk was very nice. Room was clean, but the door to our room, I had to physically push it open every time we left or came back. The next day, we left very early. Came back the room was not cleaned and dirty towels all over. They didn't tell us that housekeeping only cleans on the 3rd day of stay. That was very disappointing. They gave me the sheets and comforter for me to change it myself.. very disappointed. Asked for manager, they said she's in meetings. Very disappointing.
