Britta and her team have made this hotel even better. Excellent customer service, all the staff not just reception are friendly, the ADA room was perfect.

Great location where is just 6 min walk to Mayo building. If you don’t want to walk there is a shuttle to all major medical buildings every 30 minutes. If you want to cook yourself it has all tools for cooking,baking and preparing meals you need.

The room is big, the service is good, the front desk is polite and smiling, it's good, it's not far to Mayo, it's a good hotel

Overall good. There is no toothbrush, so you have to bring your own.
