Fairfield Inn Rochester Airport

amazing stay in the hotel that's just next the ROC airport. It's literally 3min walk! Breakfast was basic but good. And there is a small Gym for workouts. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I'd recommend this for 2-3 days stay in Rochester.

This hotel is in an excellent location right next to the Rochester International Airport. It is easy to get to and from the airport in a matter of seconds. The front desk staff was very polite and accommodating. My flight left before breakfast was served so I cannot comment on that. The room was spacious and had all I needed.

We drove to Rochester the last day of our vacation before flying out the next morning (September, 2024). It was a short trip from Niagara Falls, actually the shortest of the entire 7 days, so we got in fairly early and were able to turn in the rental car and get checked at the Fairfield Inn located right at the Airport (both literally 100 yards from the front door of the hotel). The front desk attendant that afternoon (9/24) was great. Very welcoming, funny and bent over backwards to help us with anything we needed. We thought we might be able to walk over to the Airport and grab a bite to eat, but unfortunately everything is after the security gates. Hearing this she showed us their in-house kitchen where you can buy microwavable meals and snacks and she also offered to call Door Dash. Great gal! The hotel was comfortable, clean and very quiet (considering we were at the airport) and enjoyed just relaxing for the rest of the afternoon and into the evening. Hats off to Fairfield Inn for your super customer service and comfortable hotels.

Had an excellent stay a couple weekends ago. The hotel was full and a great deal was going on. Chardonnay made sure my stay went smoothly and made me feel welcome, especially when for a moment it seemed like there may have been a problem with my reservation. When I pulled in she was directing cars to spaces that wouldn’t be blocked in by an arriving bus. She further helped reign in some kids playing hockey in the hallway. I am so glad Chardonnay was there to help make my stay go smoothly.

Always been happy with the Marriott hotels is my favorite brand, but this property is the worst starting at the front desk lady, then coming up to my room there was dirty blankets and linens all over the place outside every room, then the room across mine was open with dirty blankets outside all day, I couldn’t rest because the housekeeper was outside chatting with the other housekeepers and they was doing everything but cleaning the rooms, very bad experience I don’t recommend this property

We booked this hotel as it had been mentioned it was recently renovated. Unfortunately, there are still quite a lot of the hotel which is older/rundown. There are many parts of the hotel carpeting that have some sticky residue that you can feel on your shoes, although the room itself seems like it has newer updated carpeting. On the plus side the breakfast was remarkably good for a Fairfield; I'm a Platinum Marriot so have stayed in quite a few, but the kitchen staff are really doing a great job here. The not so good was our refrigerator was not cooling for the duration of our 2 day stay. We mentioned it to the front desk and they apologized but did not send maintenance out to swap it out, and quite frankly I only discovered it wasn't functioning in the evening after we got back to the room. There are other Fairfield and even Courtyards in the Rochester area that we have stayed at in the past; will be sticking with them in the future.

Gary Ransom and staff at this Marriott was beyond helpful. Gary went out of his way for me to make sure a foreign exchange student we were housing along with my family…were taken care of. Clean facilities. Great Breakfast…and unbelievable staff. Thanks for being at the top of your game Fairfield Rochester

If you want to have a bad experience, this is the place to be number one. They don’t have parking about 10 parking for the whole hotel number two. The location is not around number three front desk is not worth it number two air condition. Don’t work in the room, and when you ask the front desk, they can do nothing for you and looks like the manager is never there I do not recommend this place unless you want to have a bad experience Don’t stay in there!!!!
