An ideal stopover enroute to Brittany from SW France. Very clean and welcoming, the shared kitchen space an asset. The gardens and views great. Only slight reservation was the steep spiral staircase to access the rooms - would not suit those with mobility issues. Petit-Dejeuner excellent Wine tasting superb. Highly recommended.

L'endroit est très sympa. L'accueil de même. La chambre est vraiment très agréable avec beaucoup de lumière, des teintes sympas et une bonne literie. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire (serviettes, produits de toilettes). Possibilité de faire un petit diner sur place avec des plats traiteurs à réchauffer au micro-onde et une bonne bouteille du chateau selon le choix de repas. Nous étions seuls ce soir là et nous avons pu profiter du beau temps de ces derniers jours pour diner sur la terrasse et avoir un beau coucher de soleil. Il y a bien sûr la dégustation des vins produits au chateau et il y a de quoi trouver son bonheur parmi une dizaine de crus.

Le site est superbe et l'ensemble a beaucoup de charme et est très apaisant. Les chambres sont parfaites : le matin, quel privilège d'ouvrir les volets sur ce superbe environnement et d'observer ce beau pigeonnier, les poules, coqs et moutons ! Le petit déjeuner très complet avec de bons produit et de délicieuses viennoiseries. De plus, ce week-end là le château accueillait un rallye automobile de voitures de collection. De jolies voitures anciennes dans un bel écrin ! Nous recommandons sans réserve !

Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux dans un lieu plein de charme. La vue est superbe. La chambre est très agréable, confortable tout comme la salle de bains. J'ai bien aimé le coin cuisine et la salle contiguë où j'ai aimé m'installer avant d'aller à la dégustation des vins.

Wir waren im Rahmen einer Reise von Orleans a n die Atlantikküste für eine Übernachtung hier, es war sehr, sehr gut!! Sehr netter und herzlicher Empfang, sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Zimmer in einem sehr charmanten Gebäude. Sehr gutes WLAN, tolle Zimmer, reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück. Wer möchte, kann auch eine Weinprobe machen, unser Geheimtipp der Crémant!!! Wer am Abend nicht mehr weit fahren will um Abend zu essen, der holt sich ein Baguette und etwas Käse und vor Ort eine gute Flasche Wein, mehr braucht man nicht 😉.

We were visiting France and stopped at Chateau Piegue in August 2023. Simon and Laetitia are very nice people. They shared their wine making skills with us and also wine tasting was really amazing! If we return to France we would definetaly stay a few nights at their place. This place is worth a visit if you plan to be in France! Debbie and Daniel Terrebonne Quebec
