Una vera e propria truffa. Più che 4 stelle sono 4 stalle. Manderò le foto allegate agli Uffici competenti della Regione Abruzzo, perché non è possibile che un posto del genere si fregi di 4 stelle. Forse dopo 20 anni c’è da rivedere la valutazione. La camera è piccola, vecchia, l’arredamento di legno è tutto rovinato. I tendaggi sono antigienici. C’è puzza di polvere, vecchio e sporco, ho avuto una crisi asmatica e sono stato male tutta la notte. Il fatto che Roccaraso sia l’unica località sciistica del centro-sud non autorizza questi personaggi a ospitare turisti paganti nelle stalle. Forse questi sono gli standard cui è abituata la gente del posto. Scendete da quelle brutte montagne e vedete la gente per bene come vive, in ordine e pulizia. Poi, il gestore con cui mi lamentavo perché la doccia era sporca di muffa, mi ha risposto che si trattava di calcare. Tranquillo, dalla foto si vede chiaramente che era muffa, ma pure fosse stato calcare, sempre sporca era.

Cosa dire un angolo di Tirolo in Abruzzo ottima la camera, l'accoglienza e la cena gustosa e piatti molto abbondanti la posizione è eccellente visto che è situato a soli pochi minuti dal centro di Roccaraso, ma in una location molto silenziosa dove ho fatto una dormita eccezionale consigliatissimo per coppie molto elegante e romantico grazie

Buonasera, ho prenotato e pagato la caparra all'hotel come da richiesta per due camere per 4 persone da trascorrere in hotel dal 17 al 19 Gennaio prossimo. Ho chiesto la cortesia di poter spostare la mia prenotazione per impegni di lavoro che mi trattengono all'estero, non c'è stato dialogo un qualche scambio di messaggio WhatsApp, freddo e scostante..... Non vieni, perdi la caparra, non me ne frega niente, qui si fanno soldi e basta! Il cliente ? Bah si trovi un altra sistemazione non ci interessa, questo è stato lo spirito Grande senso di ospitalità, fanno sentire i clienti a casa !

A Roccaraso per lavoro scopriamo questo albergo a cui chiediamo di cenare (considerando che eravamo in un'altra struttura ricettiva in cui non era possibile cenare). Cena di ottima qualità con staff molto preparato e proprietario gentilissimo. Non contenti abbiamo chiesto alla nostra azienda di prenotare la prox trasferta in questo albergo dove abbiamo soggiornato benissimo e abbiamo provato nuovamente la cena (sempre di ottima qualità) e la colazione TOP. Di sicuro ci ritornerò con molto piacere sia per lavoro che per vacanza.

Location fenomenale. Bellissima è dir poco, sia esternamente che internamente, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli anche nel servizio. Il personale cortese e attento. Cibo eccezionale, abbiamo provato tutti gli antipasti, 2 primi e 2 dessert. Consiglio.

Hotel da un fascino assurdo come se fossimo in una baita . Tutto ben curato staff eccellente cordiale e il servizio camera ottimo . Ricco di particolari in pietra e in legno come dal tetto alla boiserie . Il ristorante oltre al resto è il loro punto di forza

Poco affidabili Il 4 gennaio u.s. mi sono recato presso le Ortensie per prenotare un tavolo per la sera. Mi è stato detto che era disponibile l'ultimo tavolo per quella sera alle 21,45. Ho dato conferma, ma nel mentre il tavolo era stato venduto telefonicamente ad altro avventore.

We had a great stay at Le Ortensie! The area is beautiful, our room was very nice, the hotel and dining area were particularly stunning with the Christmas decorations. The staff was very welcoming and helpful with anything needed. The food was delicious, though just a note that the menu wasn't quite suited for anyone who doesn't eat meat. We highly recommend Le Ortensie!
