Il giorno di capodanno eravamo di passaggio nel paese di Roccamandolfi e cercando un luogo dove poter pranzare, abbiamo trovato aperto questo locale molto intimo e pulitisiimo. Ci ha accolto un signore ad una prima impressione scorbutico, mentre poi si è rivelato una persona squisita. Ci ha illustrato il menù, tutto incentrato su prodotti della tradizione. Abbiamo assaggiato degli antipasti che ci hanno riportato ai profumi di un tempo, un primo piatto con i tagliolini fatti in casa, buonissimi ed un abbacchio alla griglia da leccarsi i baffi, accompagnato da una cicoria delicatissima. Per finire dei dolcetti. Ci ha presentato poi sulla tavola una bella scelta di liquori da poter assaggiare a piacimento. In conclusione abbiamo mangiato benissimo ed il conto non è stato nemmeno caro. Da tornarci!

In un luogo silenzioso e suggestivo un soggiorno riposante e l'incontro con sapori antichi e prodotti genuini perfettamente cucinati. Squisita accoglienza dei padroni di casa Rosanna ed Enzo e un vero privilegio l'incontro con Angelina depositaria delle ricette della tradizione.

Arrivare in alto è difficile rimanere MOLTO difficile. Al casale Maginulfo ci sono riusciti, assolutamente inarrivabili. Hotel accogliente, pulizia ottima ma la differenza la fanno i gestori con una accoglienza senza pari, che offrono a noi ospiti un'esperienza impagabile. In ultimo la cucina, con prodotti il alto pregio lavorati con sapiente maestria rispettando quando serve anche la tradizione. Semplicemente spettacolare. FANTASTICO.

Posto estremamente accogliente, gestito magistralmente. Una gentilezza fuori dall’ordinario, ci siamo sentiti più che coccolati, un tuffo nel passato alla cucina “della nonna”. Camere estremamente accoglienti e dotate di tutti i comfort, ristorazione quasi commovente . Speriamo di tornarci il prima possibile.

Il posto è incantevole, il personale gentilissimo, il proprietario ti spiega il menù ma senza arie o pomposità ma con grande gentilezza e cordialità. Abbiamo mangiato un tagliolino con salsiccia sbriciolata e castagne che veramente vi raccomando perché ha un sapore straordinario, di secondo una grigliata mista abbondantissima con vari contorni di cicorie e altre verdure ottime, un tronchetto di castagne per dolce e un liquore sempre alle castagne. Il prezzo? Un super onesto 35 euro a testa. Soddisfatti completamente. Grazie

Di ritorno dal ponte tibetano ci siamo fermati in questo splendido ristorante dal sapore classico per una cena, io ed il mio compagno. La location è accogliente e l’arredamento molto curato e Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Ci ha serviti il proprietario consigliandoci ottimamente: da provare ASSOLUTAMENTE le zuppe tipiche di Roccamandolfi. Abbiamo mangiato dei primi divini (taglioni tartufo e noci, tagliatelle al cinghiale), una bistecca su pietra lavica ed infine un dolce al pistacchio eccellente. Il propietario ci ha offerto anche un buonissimo liquore alle castagne e salsiccia casareccia. Prezzo assolutamente competitivo. Grazie mille per la splendida esperienza che ci avete regalato. Torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi.

Ottimo pranzo della domenica. Tutto davvero buono. Ma le zuppe particolari davvero con un tocco magico, assolutamente da provare! Ne vale la pena se decidete di fare un giretto a Roccamandolfi e dintorni p.s. la recensione è solo per il ristorante, non avendo provato l'hotel

Come sempre valuto solo il ristorante. Trattoria casereccia dove ancora cucina "la nonna" pare ormai ottantenne. Sicuramente quindi non è un posto gourmet, ma ci sono delle chicche da assaggiare, come la zuppa di fagioli col peperoncino, che andrebbe clonata per quant'è buona, specie fra cent'anni, quando la nonna non ci sarà più. Occasione per visitare il ponte tibetano a 7 minuti di auto.
