Personale cortese ed accogliente. Apprezzabili l'ampia terrazza e la piscina annessa, l'assortimento di prodotti al buffet della colazione (ho gradito l'angolo per gli intolleranti). Mi è spiaciuto trovare polvere sui tendaggi, dispersa in camera per l'aria condizionata accesa. Ci siamo fermati per una tappa fugace, dato che si trova proprio all'uscita Lanciano dell'Autostrada.

Camera, prenotata come doppia uso singola pagando il supplemento, con finestrino affacciato su un corridoio chiuso sulle cucine senza possibilità aerazione, letto singolo , claustrofobica, nemmeno da un due stelle. Dubito sia a norma. Ho chiesto di cambiarla ma la disponibilità era solo per il giorno successivo. Piscina non disponibile all'utilizzo dei clienti, la puoi solo guardare. Non è un servizio da 4 stelle.

Le premesse erano buone vista la location anche se viste le camere mi sembravano un po, troppe le 4 stelle. Ora non so se perchè eravamo un gruppo di 23 persone ma la cena è stata abbastanza deludente: una lasagna fredda i cui ingredienti non erano legati tra loro, il maialino poco cotto e un servizio super veloce perchè c'erano ben 3 feste di cui occuparsi. Per non parlare della musica ivi compreso l'animatore che ha urlato fino all'una di notte. Capisco l'introito delle feste ma siate seri o l'uno o l'altro

Buona struttura ma letto scomodo, pulizia in generale buona, personale gentile. Purtroppo il rumore durante le feste la notte tardi e nel primo pomeriggio ha infastidito molto. Dovrebbe abbassare la musica e i microfoni negli orari di riposo.

In generale tutto bene e ottima colazione. Isolamento sonoro nelle camere praticamente INESISTENTE: si sente TUTTO quello che succede in corridoio e nelle camere accanto...a Maggio non si può tenere il piumone sul letto, fa troppo caldo e non a tutti piace dormire con l'aria condizionata.

Soggiorno in famiglia con 2 adulti e 1 bambina. Tutto perfetto adatto alle famiglie e comodo da raggiungere, ampio parcheggio e zona poco rumorosa. Personale gentile ed educato sia alla reception che in sala colazione. Colazione nella media con molta varietà. 2 pecche che abbiamo riscontrato sono le lenzuola che ad ogni movimento facevano veramente tanto rumore, eravamo in 3 nella stanza e quando 1 si muoveva si svegliavano gli altri due (Nottata non passata benissimo). Cosa più rilevante che le stanze non affacciano all’aria aperta ma in una corte interna chiusa. Quindi poca aria in stanza visto il caldo di notte (con riscaldamento/raffreddamento spento)
