The room was dirty, with stains on the duvet cover, a pillow that smelled like men's cologne, and a folded hand towel that had long brown hair stuck to it and looked dirty. Almost as though it was refolded and not ever washed. The people above us were stomping around so I requested to move rooms. The manager first ignored my request and then was very rude about my daughter and me switching rooms. We had to go down in our pajamas with all of our luggage to get a new key instead of having someone bring us a new key which I thought was what Hampton would do. The management is horrible here and it is reflected in their rooms and customer service.
