Great hotel! Extra clean, extremely comfortable bed, quick check in and friendly staff. Had a comfortable 4 night stay at this hotel really no complaints at all except a recommendation of a kettle in the room for tea. Will definitely come back !

This stay was awesome! The team was honorable and kind. I just fell into the bedding, it was so comfortable. When I’m in the area again, I shall be back. Tidy. Convenient. Great Staff. Fresh Food. Airport Shuttle.

Easy access, welcoming public areas, Marley at front desk was great. Nice, clean room, very quiet. Didn’t eat in the restaurant but there were lots of folks having breakfast. Noon checkout is standard and eliminates the rush. We’d stay here again.

Location was the best amenity. It is in the middle of a mall so if you needed something you easily found a store that could accommodate. In addition to being close to the airport and major highways. Staff was friendly and parking was free and plentiful

We have stayed at this location frequently over the last 4 years. Previously, we thoroughly enjoyed our visits. Our recent trip, as very different. We travel to the area several times a year, always using HGI Robinson. This trip we were lied to about the room we requested, only finding out accurate information while enroute. We had more issues during our stay. It was marathon weekend, all other area hotels were sold out. As a result; we couldn’t change hotels. We asked the GM, Kristin Ingalls, to call us. We got a text, not a call. She offered some points, but never wanted information on our room booking, etc. This lack of personal interaction was evident throughout our stay. The only staff retaining the level of customer service from previous visits is Tammy in the breakfast kitchen. Upon our return home, we reached out to district management. We were notified Matt Gilluly, regional director of hotel operations, would call. That didn’t occur. Very disappointing how this HGI has changed.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here at the Hilton Garden Inn, I must say that the General Manager, Kristen Ingles, and the Front Office Manager Marley Mounsey went above and beyond during our stay.
They are an absolutely huge asset to this property!
