This was terrible we had no heat in our room and when we said something in the morning to the front desk they said we should’ve called them when we got to the room. We literally changed into comfortable clothes and went to sleep as we were at the Steelers game and tired afterwards. We woke up in the morning and frozen. Our keys did not work to our room and we had to go back to the office. The bed was comfortable but that was about the only good thing I could say about this place

The place is a dump no repairs on anything. Roches the heat didn't work among other things. The place needs new owners or a bulldozer.

Key to room didn’t work for 20 min soon upon arrival. Broken window to room, minimal makeshift repair was made.
