I am writing to express my disappointment with the condition of the room I recently stayed in. Unfortunately, the room had a filthy odor, and I encountered roaches, which was quite unsettling. Additionally, there were patches on the walls that were not painted, further adding to the unpleasant experience.
To top it off, I was surprised to learn that there were additional charges for the microwave and refrigerator, which were not mentioned during the booking process. This was quite frustrating and added to my overall dissatisfaction with the stay.
I regret to inform you that I won't be considering this hotel for my future business travels. I hope you can take these concerns seriously and address them to improve the experience for future guests.

This was terrible we had no heat in our room and when we said something in the morning to the front desk they said we should’ve called them when we got to the room. We literally changed into comfortable clothes and went to sleep as we were at the Steelers game and tired afterwards. We woke up in the morning and frozen. Our keys did not work to our room and we had to go back to the office. The bed was comfortable but that was about the only good thing I could say about this place
