It was a wonderful stay. The staff was amazing, and the room was clean. Nothing fancy but it was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good, and the coffee station was always stocked. Nice fireplace in the lobby which made it very cozy. Location is great. 🌸🌸

It was perfect for our needs (close enough to town and without the expense)… I never leave an excellent rate but def would stay again! Perfectly located. Uber’d to town (much better than taxi). Excellent weekend!!

Room is clean. Nice staff. Breakfast didn’t start until 7am, same time we have to leave. I hope they have the option go start something early.

I’m currently staying at this hotel and had a very concerning experience. Three adults and two young children - including myself - got stuck in the elevator last night. We called the hotel from my cell and pressed the emergency call button, but no one ever responded. Thankfully, after about 5 -10 minutes, the doors opened on their own. I immediately tried calling the front desk from both my room phone and cell - left two voicemails - and also sent an email. The only response I got was an auto-reply: “Hello, I am out of the office and have limited access to my emails.” It’s now the next day, and still no one has followed up. We have no idea if the elevator has even been looked at or fixed. No communication, no apology, no reassurance. This was a scary situation for the adults - and even more so for the kids. If you’re staying here, I strongly recommend taking the stairs. This is not just a customer service issue - it’s a safety one. I hope management takes this seriously before something worse happens.

We lost power in our neighborhood. I called the hotel directly, the person said he was physically at the hotel, and I asked if they had power. He confirmed. I made a booking and showed up at the hotel to find out the hotel did not have power, and we then had to visit 3 other hotels to try to find a room.
