The staff was amazing! My room was perfect. I love this hotel and stay here every time I travel. The room was already cool, so easy to sleep. The room staff also is so kind.

We had several issues with our stay and was told that someone would be contacting me. Our first room 221 the tv was broken and the room had heat on when we got there. It was almost 76 degrees. The PA came up and couldn’t fix the tv and no one from maintenance was answering the girl at the front desk. There was also old food still in the refrigerator. The girl at the front desk told me she was upgrading us. It was no upgrade but more of a handicap room. In that room as I was getting the kids ready for bed I discovered the blinds would not go down. I tried the remote, wasn’t working. The PA came up again and couldn’t get them to work. On top of that there were several dried blood stains on the bed so I had to take off the top sheet. I was very disappointed at the lack of cleanliness in the rooms and now being overcharged on my credit card and not being reimbursed for the room issues. Due to the room location and the blinds not going down the room was bright all night. I have emailed management twice with no response. I will be going to corporate soon if this isn’t resolved.

While traveling from the Carolina's to DC for a meeting I stopped here for the evening. I was extremely tired and just wanted to get to sleep. Front desk staff were very pleasant and professional however, the room was crawling with bugs on the ceiling, the nightstand and on one of the pillows. As I was very tired I decided to kill the ones I could see, get to sleep and deal with the front desk in there am. I reported to both front desk manager and general manager via email with pictures and video clip as proof. Neither bothered to follow up with me. Extremely upset about the lack of followup. I am and have been a Hilton Honors member for several years but I will never return to this hotel and definitely will not recommend to others.

The staff is lovely, the location next to the Interstate is convenient, and the rooms are really nice. Do not eat breakfast on property. Pricing is wacky and confusing. One can grow old waiting for decaf coffee. Make coffee in your room and then head out. We have been looking for an alternate big brand to build points and become loyal. Not sure if Hilton will be our choice. Again, the kind staff saves the place.

Bathroom was dirty.. urine on the toilet base and the bathroom floor looked like it hasn’t been mopped in months. While sleeping the staff tried to barge in with no knocking woke us up and when I went out in the hallway because thankfully I had the safety lock on. They just said oh sorry we opened the wrong door.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The shower water pressure was good. However, the sheets for the queen sized beds barely cover the mattress and the iron had a burn mark on it which transferred onto my clothes.

On the overall , property was great.when I went downstairs for breakfast, was told cook called out, so breakfast was canceled. There was no plan B for breakfast. Pre -paid for breakfast that I didn’t get. My receipt was printed but showing no charges and at this point I don’t even know my final bill. I am very disappointed to say the least. My number is 240-520-9601
