We had several issues with our stay and was told that someone would be contacting me. Our first room 221 the tv was broken and the room had heat on when we got there. It was almost 76 degrees. The PA came up and couldn’t fix the tv and no one from maintenance was answering the girl at the front desk. There was also old food still in the refrigerator. The girl at the front desk told me she was upgrading us. It was no upgrade but more of a handicap room. In that room as I was getting the kids ready for bed I discovered the blinds would not go down. I tried the remote, wasn’t working. The PA came up again and couldn’t get them to work. On top of that there were several dried blood stains on the bed so I had to take off the top sheet. I was very disappointed at the lack of cleanliness in the rooms and now being overcharged on my credit card and not being reimbursed for the room issues. Due to the room location and the blinds not going down the room was bright all night. I have emailed management twice with no response. I will be going to corporate soon if this isn’t resolved.

The staff is lovely, the location next to the Interstate is convenient, and the rooms are really nice. Do not eat breakfast on property. Pricing is wacky and confusing. One can grow old waiting for decaf coffee. Make coffee in your room and then head out. We have been looking for an alternate big brand to build points and become loyal. Not sure if Hilton will be our choice. Again, the kind staff saves the place.

Have stayed here before but this was a much better experience than last time; last time they were still working on renovations. Location is great and staff is very friendly. We had an issue with our room upon arrival; was supposed to be ready but when we entered it, it was not cleaned. We were then moved to another room and were offered complimentary breakfast for our troubles. Since there really aren't many restaurants close to the hotel, we decided to try the hotel restaurant. What a MARVELOUSLY pleasant surprise. Both our meals were incredible; service was spectacular; full bar so we could enjoy a drink with our meal. Any issue we had with our room upon check in was erased by this pleasant dinner. We would highly recommend this hotel and eating at their restaurant! For a quick overnight on the way to our destination, this turned out to be a lovely evening! Our server in the restaurant on 5/29/25 was just the best!!!

It was a great one night stay. There were only a few rooms left as there was a graduation that weekend. We arrived late and the front desk person was very nice and professional. The room was large, clean, and comfortable with a great TV. The view was of a large lawn and lots of greenery with the highway in the distance. We did not eat, but the breakfast looked great. I highly recommend the hotel.

food service for breakfast was very slow. I finished my meal before my wife received hers. Daisey, our waitress was worthless. Never looked at our table once we gave her our order. Had to ask multiple times for our meals and check.

The room & property smelled like dirty diapers. Not sure why. Visually, the place looks great. Fitness room was terrific but not safe for women, as ellipticals are turned away from gym where males use exercise bench behind you. No mirrors to stay aware of what might be going on behind you. Not enough towels in room for two people.

Fire alarm in room emitted a static sound through the night...fire alarm went off and fire department had to come .. seems to be an issue with the alarm
